On April 26th, 2024 I paid $32.33 for an order of 2 jars of 11.5 oz of Prime Steak Rub from Golden Toad, **** I have called and left several messages with their orders **** and also with their ********************** Each time I have included my order # ******. I have not received one return phone call. I have called to check on my order because I never received a shipping email, so I thought my order was lost. I also emailed their customer service **** and tried to contact them through ******** becasue I paid for the product and have not received it. I have been very cordial about this entire experience because I love their products and want to support a local Colorado business, but this is getting ridiculous. It has been over a month and I have not heard any response. The business has not attempted to resolve this issues. I would either like my money refunded or have the actual product I paid for shipped. Thank you for your assistance.
