Purchased 90 wall block on 4/01/22 (@ $5.50 EA) from sales representative *******************. Spoke with another sales representative on 4/11/22 while picking up other supplies. I mentioned that I would be bringing back some blocks. Sales representative stated returns are only accepted in quantities of 24 Returned 48 blocks and 100 pins and two pallets (@ $17.00 EA) on 4/25/22. Employee unloaded block from truck and provided a return ticket. Took ticket to office and spoke with the other sales representative. He stated that returns were not accepted on seconds block. I was surprised to hear this and stated that **** did not make me aware of this. He took my phone number and stated that he would have **** call me.After two phone calls and one voice mail message, I finally connected with ****. **** reiterated that they dont accept returns on seconds or discounted wall block. I asked **** when or where this information was ever made available to me during our conversations. He stated that Its not in the emails but hes pretty sure he mentioned it. I disputed that with **** and wanted to speak with his supervisor. **** stated that he has refunded the money for the 100 pins but not for the blocks or pallets. I requested that **** speak with his supervisor for an exception to refund the cost of the 48 blocks and to call me back with information. I have not heard back from **** at this point. At no time since the original purchase was there any mention, verbal or written, of this non-return policy. (******** Best Block is still in receipt of the 48 wall block)Looking for a refund of $264.00 for 48 block which they still have Looking for a refund of $34.00 for two pallets which they still have Total Refund plus 4% tax = $309.92
