When I got my vehicle back they had snapped my mirror completely in half, I was pretty shocked as those mirrors are made of metal and asked to speak to a manager. *****, a manager explained they wouldn't cover labor only parts. I was pretty upset by this as they tried to tell me it was my fault for folding my mirrors in, this was a lie as they have a sign out front saying they recommend folding mirrors in. I finally thought this was settled and ******** explained that they wouldnt be covering labor and only the part. Flash forward three weeks or so to today, I call and ask when I can get a check. They explained the invoice I sent wasnt proficient enough and I needed a second receipt. I contacted my auto body shop and they emailed customer copy of my receipt that I then forwarded to *****. He explained they had to call my auto mechanic shop as they needed to verify the work. I then call my shop to let them know, and they explained they had already verified the work. I called ******************* and asked why he had lied about the verification and he explained he needed a receipt with a signature and a date paid from the shop directly. I called the shop back they sent over exactly that, I then was told if I had that sent in I would get a check today. I then called them back and ***** was unresponsive. Ive now been waiting a month for, ***** then proceeded to try and say our receipt wasnt real - which it included date, cost, vin number of my vehicle, credit card info, etc that he had asked for and demanded bank statements. I didnt feel comfortable with this as he had told me a receipt from the dealership would be sufficient enough. He proceeded to tell me that without that I wouldnt be getting a check, which I felt was beyond ridiculous as we had provided not one, not two but three different receipts regarding the works. Ultimately regardless of submitting all necessary paperwork they refused to pay for the part which they had promised for an entire month to cover.Review from Taylor M

Came in for a car wash and they damaged my car they agreed they would pay for the part but not labor. Got the car fixed at a dealership cost me $266 and brought them the receipt they refused to pay. They wouldnt even refund the car wash. This place is horrible dont go here unless youre willing to risk your entire car getting damaged by one of their employees driving it wrong into the tunnel.

******************************* and ************************* had a side mirror fall off in the car wash.
There are parts to the story that have NOT been mentioned.
****** says order the part and my boyfriend can put it on, hes a mechanic.
Manager said OK, we will call you when it arrives.
We order the part. ****** calls and says I got the work done. We said send the receipt to our email.
****** sent a quote from Autonation, but the quote was blurry, and you could only read the dollar amount so the manager asked for a paid receipt or something we could submit to accounting that you can read.
So, we called Autonation, and they mentioned that they have not had any work done so there is no receipt. Never was hung up on. We do business together and its always a pleasant conversation with them.
So, we called ****** back and said can you please send receipt we cant read this quote. Then ******, tells the manager I got it done somewhere else. We mentioned can we get that receipt showing that it was paid. The first receipt she sent still showed that it was not paid. A couple of hours later she sent a paid receipt.
So, its been confusing. Something that is a very simple repair has gone from place to place. This was not our plan as the customer has gone several different directions.Review from Ron S

On the way in, it can get pretty busy, but most of the time it goes fairly quickly. Most of the experienced staff do well, but occasionally, new hires can be a little apathetic. Inside is clean and comfortable. The cashiers are friendly and you get an air freshener with your purchase. ***** the manager, keeps the tunnel running smoothly and they have good equipment setup. Unless you are lucky enough to get a smaller gentleman named ****, the final wipe down can sometimes fall a bit short. Some of the drying staff don't wipe down the entire vehicle. Even if the air has pretty much dried the vehicle, for best results, it still needs to be wiped down. Maybe he's a manager, but **** calls out the slackers he notices. I've even seen him catch what others have missed and personally take care of it before I left. They should make that guy a QC.The detail shop does a great job and even have headlight lens reconditioning. Remember to ask if they're running any specials! The savings can be a great money saver. All in all, the service and experience are actually pretty good. The experienced staff are the bomb! Some of the younger staff members need to follow the example and enthusiasm of the long time employees. I definitely recommend Bears. Don't Drive DirtyBears Car Wash & Detail Center Response
