            Refund and Exchange Policy
            • The client gets to keep the lights after end of service, but we do not refund the cost of the lights back to the client for any reason. If the client moves from one location to another we will work with them to do our best to reallocate the lights from the last location to the new location. The client must keep in mind that all of our lighting services are custom for wherever the original contract has been set up for and should understand there will be varying costs to make the new location look more complete buy purchasing additional lights if needed or to re-customize to the new location.
