To whoemver it may concern: I write this message in regards to an experience I had with your company. I requested a replacement for defective backpack in August 2022, less than 10 months after using the item. I had indicated to the representative that the backpack was poorly constructed and that I had multiple issues, they reluctantly complied, and indicated that I would have to return the backpack to them. I had asked for a shipping label and they indicated I would have to bear the expense myself which is absolutely ridiculous when I am returning a defective product which I have used less than a year. However I complied, I shipped the product. After about 4 months of not hearing anything, I reached out via chat, and they indicated they never received the item. I never received any updates in regards to my incident number including that they never received the item. After speaking with numerous representatives, I realized that I was never going to receive a replacement, and it was a waste of time. Meanwhile, I found that the backpack was returned to me through no error of my own. I reached out to the customer service staff again, and they indicated they would need proof of refusal and the label on the packaging. Unfortunately, I do not have these items available as I do not store my packaging and labels from shipped products and trusted that Targus would provide the replacement after months of neglect to my concerns. I ask that issue be escalated to someone who can provide a quick resolution. If they would like the defective backpack returned, I would ask they would provide me with a label, as I am no longer going to incur costs to receive a replacement. I ask that they provide a replacement at their earliest convenience. I have been a customer with ******************** for over 20 years and it is sad to see how they treat their loyal customers.Initial Complaint

Hey Targus I got a laptop bag that is a ***************************************************************************************************************** it when I got home and Best Buy wont take it back so I called us about and us want us want to pay to ship it back witch is wrong y should I have to pay to ship it back when its under warranty us want it back u pay the shipping and I will send it back all I really want is u to send me the gray back or sleeve what ever its called and I go in my way
