Like everyone who has done business with this scam artist he took a large deposit upfront to start a deck replacement for us back in June of 2022. Initially some material arrived on the job site, he worked on my house for a total of maybe 12 hours and caused an enormous amount of damage to my property. He kept asking for more money to purchase additional material, but the material never made it to my house. He would come up with one excuse after another when we would call him to ask why he and his workers failed to show up to work. After taking a very large sum of my money he totally stopped communicating with me. I had to hire a lawyer, the law firm send him and his Companies letters which he never responded to. Do not ever give this person or his Company any money upfront or you will never see your money again. He has several aliases and uses several Company names. BE CAREFUL!

Update. After 14 days of several text messages and excuses, and my begging and promise to seek legal counsel, for my refund I have receieved a refund of $1000.00 along with several hateful messages. If you choose this company do not give them up-front money and use your credit card. If they refuse credit card payment I suggest you move on and find someone who does. I used Venmo and there is no recourse there. I believe I received my refund because he didn't want another lawsuit. If he ever apologized for causing me such anxiety I would think differently. He blamed me for changing my mind on having him do any more work. Thank God I looked up this company on BBB. It saved me from moving forward.

This company is a scam! Exactly like other post. Ask money upfront for materials and never completes the job. Its always excuse after excuse. I do not want to see another person get scammed by him. ****** ***** Angel ********************* ****Justice was served this week and watched him get arrested right from our house for having a warrant out for his arrest..***

DO NOT GIVE **** any money! He took **** up front for a ****** quote for new deck. He cashed the check and came and tore down the old deck. He never showed up at our property again! He had every excuse in the book as to why he couldnt come each day and kept blaming covid on not being able to get materials however we were able to get materials right away. We hired him in June 2021 for completion in July 2021. We ended up having to go to court and we do have a judgment against him for **** but havent seen a dime. He even came to mediation and set up a time to meet ** with **** in cabelas parking lot the following day and never showed again!!! This is when the court entered the judgement against him. We currently have hired a debt collector but have nothing so far. He constantly changes the name of his business. It was ABR construction when we hired him. Do not listen to anything he says because it is all lies. We knew we were not the only ones being ripped off.

Wish I had come here first. We have also been taken by this rip-off 'contractor'. He get's a little work done quick to gain enough confidence for you to leave a large deposit. Then he ghosts for weeks or months at a time. He disappeared with over $20,000 of my money. He also disappeared with a $2,500 deposit from my neighbor.He will occassionally leave a text that he will be over the same day to do work and then never shows up. When you call or message to inquire or complain, he makes one lame excuse after another and often tries to blame it on you somehow. He even claims that these negative reviews are the BBB's fault.Like other's here, I have had to get my attorneys involved. He has, of course, claimed he never received any of the letters from the attorney. I made certain he got the letter, but of course has made no attempt to resolve the situation. If anyone here would like to pool together to bring a class action lawsuit, let me know.

**** and his crew did a job for me 4 years ago. the concrete work is still in great shape. my experience was great. im not sure if his work ethic went down in the last few years. but from my experience hid quality is good and his work ethic is great.

***SCAM ARTIST*** DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY***I had to give "1 star" in order to leave a review. **** and ***** (his agent) are total scammers! Like another review, my concrete work was done very timely, only to find out that he never paid for the concrete or paid the crew who did the concrete work! Both suppliers have knocked on my door and have threatened to put a lien against my house. I am praying my concrete fairs better than the other review since all work was subbed out and not completed by **** and team. As for my deck, that is a complete disaster and what was completed, prior to all the excuses, of which are named in other reviews and at the end of my complaint, has to be torn out. Work is horrible, not to code and very unstable. Much like G, I am contemplating legal action against **** as well. Referrals provided are relatives ~ this was all present in the background checks I paid to pull on **** and his agent.My guard was raised when he kept trying to get me to do "other jobs" with exorbitant fees, rather than completing the job he was hired to complete. No call, no show, phone disconnected, Lowes stopped contractor discount, due to COVID materials were not readily available, etc. ~ all started when I refused to give more money. Ironically, the hot water connector to my washer started leaking after **** was in my garage "charging his cell phone" ~ related? Ironically, garage door was "off track" and on manual operation; luckily I noticed and fixed prior to leaving house ~ hasn't fallen off track since **** and crew no longer had access to my garage or since they were fired - NOT ONCE! Crew who broke up prior driveway damaged my locking mailbox which requires a total replacement and will cost about $200 in materials to replace. The only wood brought for porch came from another job; that is evident from the existing nail/screw holes. SCAM ARTIST BE WARNED, DON'T HIRE AND STAY SAFE

He is a scam artist and took thousands of our money. He changes his business name and owes us so much money. Do not trust ****.

**** is a scam artist to the core. I paid him several thousands of dollars to complete my back yard and 4 months later it is no where near complete. Please, do yourself a favor and do not do business with *********************** or ************************* (his agent).

I hired this company to do some concrete work and build a small deck. The owner took the job at the end of May and said it would be completed in 2 weeks or early June weather permitting. He did the concrete work in a reasonable amount of time however now it is starting to crack and sink but the deck work was a complete disaster. He told me that he needed to order the decking and railings which to me made sense especially with all the delays due to covid, He did deliver about 80% of the decking material however some was grooved and some squared. He then tried to put some of it together by clips while s******* other parts, it looked stupid and the decking didn't even seem to match in color He would take so long to show up form his last working day the boards would warp and we would have to replace them. I had to scrap what he supplied and reorder for an extra 6K and start all over with another contractor. He continued to say he couldn't get the decking, I got it in 2 days. The owner even wrote in my contract that if he is not complete by a certain time I get my money back for the part that is not completed, still have nothing. Don't hire this guy, he takes your money, does terrible work and is a coward and won't even talk to me or my lawyer who I've had to hire to resolve this issue.
