Hello, I started counseling with ***** Stone Counseling Services, LLC She has advertised on billboards "$20 DUI CLASSES". She told me I was not eligible for $20 DUI classes even though I am on ********* She told me I had to pay over 700 dollars, which I did via Zelle. In my court documents it states to complete a level 2 DUI education course in a timely manner. I have been finished with classes since June 7th of 2023. I have emails and texts confirming I am completed with my classes. She has told me repeatedly that her "machines" aren't working properly, she constantly stands me up when I try to meet her in person and keeps giving me the run around. At one point prior she was making fun of me in group on camera & joking about not knowing my name. I am a single mom, I'm the only one in care for my daughter since she was born. She's now almost ****************************************************************** babies. ***** Stone was upset about me having to turn off my camera for short periods of time and couldn't understand why I turned off my camera temporarily to change her diaper or make sure my daughter wasn't going through severe emotional distress screaming/crying. This counselor is treating me like my case isn't important to provide certification of completion to the ********** court, acting like I didn't pay her, and it's extremely frustrating. I will attach images of my conversations with her. I started enrollment 12/29/22. I finished classes June 7th, 2023. I paid over $700 for the total program. Also, when I asked her to provide certification of attendance to my ******** probation officer (I am currently on supervised probation until August 9th, 2023) I had to ask her several times and then she got angry & threatened to tell my probation officer I am not attending correctly. This complaint has no validity. We have a state system to pull records from and it is malfunctioning across the state. I have offered **** at least 10hrs of my time for free. **** texted during intake, which is why she needs to finish her intake and her discharge paperwork. I respond to every text she sends within 24hours. She sent a text at 10:51pm two days ago. She slept through her appointment recently and she missed others as well. I do not advertise $20 a class. **** came in for an assessment and then attended class at $25 each. ********, as explained to her, does not cover court ordered DUI services. I did call her probation officer stating she had completed her classes. Furthermore, it is a requirement that clients be on camera for our sessions. 5 minutes off is fine, but often her screen was black for **** minutes. I have gone above and beyond for this client. I can not discharge this client without her participation, which she has yet to provide.Customer response
