    On 12/27/2022, my newborn son *******************, was seen at Integrative Dental of Denver at their Littleton location to have a tongue tie clip. At the time of the procedure, **** had not been added to my dental insurance. We were asked to pay the full amount of the bill - $775 at the time of the procedure. **** was subsequently added to our dental insurance and we notified the office that they should run the procedure through our insurance. They submitted the claim to Aetna and have since been reimbursed $907 ($108 for an oral eval and $799 for a lingual frenectomy/buccal/labial frenectomy).We called the office and left messages requesting the status of our refund on multiple occasions. Additionally, on 1/17/2023, **** had a follow-up appointment and we asked when we would be reimbursed the $775 as ***** was showing that both claims had been settled. We were told that Integrative Dental had only received the check for the oral eval and was still awaiting the check for the frenectomy. We asked for the office manager to contact us to discuss this and never received a call. We subsequently called back on 2/2/2023 and asked about the status of the reimbursement. We were told that the check had been received on 1/19/2023 and that operations director has been working on our reimbursement. Additionally, we were told that reimbursements are only provided once a month by check. We asked for the operations director to return our call, but are concerned that we will not receive our $775 refund given that insurance has paid out more than the original bill.

    I had been going there for years and never had a problem until recently. The hygienist I saw left so I saw a new one there. It was horrible. I have no idea where she got her training but I have to ask, did she actually go to school? She jabbed at my gums my mouth was full of blood. She then took both her hands and tried to stretch my mouth open I told it will only open so far. She never even rinsed the blood in my mouth. I sent them an email but never heard back. I will never go back.
