              Towards the end of last year we were in the process of buying a new home and on Jan 5th of 2021, i was referred to a Sam B*** at PIVOT LENDING by my insurance person for our mortgage loan. Sam was new to mortgage lending and was aggressive initially to get our business. We decided to use her services and she was nice but her lack of experience got us into a lot of stress and eventually $3000. There is not enough space to explain the ordeal I had to go through with PIVOT. To start with, a) Sam didn't know what their max amount that they could offer on a jumbo loan and caused us a lot of stress, b) before I could get pre-approval, SAM and her boss Jen S**** made me to do appraisal on the new home that we were under contract and spend $2000 as well as another $1000 for appraising the home that we live in for cashout/refinance, c) Sam nor her boss Jen S**** were forthcoming in resolving the lack of 2 yr tax document for my wife's business and took me on a never ending doc request process

              Worst company I have ever dealt with! They did not pay my home owners insurance when due and I only found out when my insurance company contacted me. Contacted Pivot to find out why and to get an explanation only got an e mail asking for info to the wrong insurance company...what? Finally got that corrected but still no explanation or communication from Pivot. Several days later looked at my account on line and it said the insurance was paid on the 6th although my insurance was saying no payment. Come to find out Pivot did not send out payment for whatever reason. Well, Pivot finally sent it out on the 12th, long story short I was not covered for three days ( thank goodness nothing happened). Still have not heard a reason for this mess from Pivot! If it was not for me contacting them about the insurance I am sure they would have never paid it! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!! Only gave the one star because you can't give a negative!
