In July around the 5th I took my 2012 ducati 848 in to fix the check engine light warning lambda code, which is an O2 sensor.. They replaced a lot of parts that didnt have a problem before and they lost a piece of my clutch handle. The job total was $2129.00, they did reimburse me the cost of the clutch handle. I pickled up the bike August 2 2023 drove it home and it was leaking ************ it wouldnt start. They came and picked it back up to repair. Now it needed a starter and other parts totaling ******. I picked up the bike 8 September and now the headlight switch is loose. The cashier told me the check engine light code was on and I probably needed to change my O2 sensor. Thats the reason I took it there! He said the plug had a bent pin but they fixed it and the code went away. However, the code would always come in and go away. This is exactly what it did when I drove it home. The same problem existed, they fixed nothing!, and my entire summer of riding is gone! Not to mention the colossal waste of money and time! I want my money back or I will take it somewhere else and they will cover the cost of the repair. This is theft!Business response

We are sorry to hear that the repairs our store conducted did not fix the issues that ******************** was having with his motorcycle. When the job was complete, our certified Ducati tech did a final check and ************* that were installed were operating as normal and check engine lights were off. The bike left our dealership in working condition.
That being said, we will refund ******************** as he is not satisfied with the work completed.
