I made a purchase for 2 framed. magnetic world maps for my nieces on November 17th. I spoke via email with **** the owner. He sent me a **** which I paid the same day and I'd asked if I would be able to get them by early December and he said yet. He sent me a tracking number November 18th in which it still shows the same date and it's now December 16th. I've reached out t **** several times asking about the maps and when I would get them, he said there was a mix up because of my custom order around December 5 and he said he'd expedite them out to me immediately. Well needless to say I still don't have them, he take ***** hours to respond, he gives me a short answer without actually answering my questions. Then yesterday he sent me a new tracking number, didn't tell me if it was ********* or ****** I had to figure it out myself. It said I should get them by 8p Wednesday December 15 and it's Thursday and they still are not here. Again I've reached out several times with no response. I think this is a total SCAM company and I recommend to not purchase anything from them. They're listed on ETSY too, with lots of FAKE reviews.

We were late with this order. This order became an issue as soon as we accepted it due to this customer wanting a variety of special favors. It in no way was this a standard order. We sell travel maps. ****** first requested a price match from a different site for a standard map, which we provided. Then came back and asked for the maps to be personalized, each one differently. Personalization takes much more time as we need to print each map individually. She them came back and requested a digital preview of the map. This special order happened during the Holiday season and because it was requiring so much communication (dozens of messages) it was getting pushed back to allow us to work on a volume of other orders. In the end we were late but refunded the order & still shipped the maps express so that ****** could have them for a gift exchange. We do not have any fake reviews. We ship 99% of our orders on time & average 98% 5star reviews as measured through ETSY analytics. Not perfect but pretty good.
