            Company makes it impossible to get an account setup. They require a photo ID submission then respond back saying the request can't be approved due to KYC requirements but provide no additional information and there is no way to get a legit reason for the denial. It's frustrating and shady.

            Unfortunately it is no secret that this country has a huge issue with discrimination especially when it comes to financial institutions. I've been recommended by multiple pharmacies to use the service for convenience upon being approve and entering all my banking information 8 hours later I entered my PIN number and correctly wrong on their new application then they open up a fraud investigation case on me imagine how I feel and I have no way of paying for my medication now until they're complete with their investigation
