Would leave absolutely no stars if that were an opinion. RENTERS BEWARE !!! Worst company I ever dealt with in 40 years in ********. They charge you after 10 years of living there for painting carpet cleaning and more. Damages? Nails in the walls from having pictures. 788$ carpets cleaned (after 7 years should be replaced) 195$ broken leasewhich I paid on the lease 4 months 975$ until they got the new tenant. 2900.00$

We understand that you are upset about your deposit accounting. You broke your lease and there are fees associated with breaking your lease. You did not give proper notice that you were leaving. The move out requirements were not followed. The property was left dirty and needed repairs. Items were left at the property. You noted on your Notice to Vacate that you authorized LRECO to arrange for the carpet cleaning on your behalf. You were not charged for painting. You are no longer being charged for rent. You are being charged a fee for breaking your lease which is outlined in our Lease Break Procedures and Notice to Vacate both of which you signed.Review from Angel A

0 stars if I could. For renting, may be different for buying. Allowed us to move into a ***** infested unit with a newborn. Multiple Neighbors said they had told them it was infested before. Said they would take electricity out of our name and didnt until we complained we had been faultily charged $160 for two months.The Littleton Real Estate Company Response

We were not contacted and had no knowledge regarding the presence of roaches in the building even though you were told by tenants about a problem. We take care of things as we find out about them. We did send a pest control company out to inspect every unit in the building and they found no signs of roaches in the unit you rented. We made a mistake by not removing your name from Xcel but when we found out it was changed immediately and you were reimbursed for charges on your account once you told us the amount due. We returned to you all security deposit & rent monies paid and you were not charged for any days of use while you occupied the property.
