Before the business opened, you could sign up for 10 with a discounted rate but they would check with you first after visiting before monthly charges would start. So I gave my 10 dollars. The Littleton location was four months late opening. I came in and didn't like it. Wasn't what I thought it would be. The lady I talked to said they wouldn't charge me. The.y charged me the first month and I called right away, they gave me my money back and told me they would cancel the potential account. They then charge me for the last 7 months. I want my money back in full. I have never received a message back even when emailing or leaving messages. I think this business is a scam.Business response

I submitted my response to this complaint on 10/25 and received an email back confirming that me response had been received from *************************** on 10/27. Is there anything else I need to do?Business response

April purchased one of our "pre-sale memberships" (before we opened) in order to secure one of our lowest membership rates. She was emailed a membership agreement which states that once our studio opened she would be charged. We gave a two month grace ******* during which time we called, left voicemails, sent text messages and emails, to let her know we had opened, after that grace ****** we began charging all members. I have no correspondence from ***** saying she did not want to continue with her membership. When I received her voicemail on October 1, 2022 demanding a refund, I sent her a check for the full amount that she had been charged. That check was cashed within the week. I have over 500 members who have nothing but great things to say about us and our studio. It is unfortunate that this member had an unpleasant experience, and I have apologized profusely to her. It is also unfortunate that she would go out of her way to complain to outside sources when she received her money back, exactly like she requested, within a week of letting us know she was upset. I hope the matter is now resolved and we can move forward.
