              On November 8, 2023 around 4:45 pm I received a call from my business partner who was in the parking lot and witnessed this company's employee ride a lawn mower off a curb and into my car. I went to my car to find two employees and the riding lawnmower flipped backwards onto my car. I watched them struggle to push the lawnmower off my car and tell me multiple times "no damage." It was dusk and my car was very dirty so at the time I said okay and went back inside. When I got home, in the light, I noticed a dent to my car where the lawnmower had been. I called Patrick DePreist, reaching him on November 10, 2023, our office park's contact for the company, and he apologized and asked me to get a quote for repairs. I did so on the same date and e-mailed the quote to him. On November 13, 2023 he said the company would submit a claim to insurance. They finally did so on November 30, 2023. Their insurance company is Selective Insurance. Today, January 2, 2023, despite making the claim their insurance company is telling me they are saying the accident never happened.

              My HOA signed a contract with this company to do landscaping in 2021; lawn mowing and yard waste cleanup. Longs Peak was sold to ***** ***** ******* ***. They did a very poor job landscaping in 2021. They never picked up the yard waste after weekly mowings, and picked up about half of the year waste during a fall cleanup, which was very clearly stated in the contract all yard waste was to be cleaned up. They said that was all we paid them for. We complained enough that they told us they wouldn't renew our contract for 2022. If you want a "mow and go" landscaper (they mow the lawn, then they go, they don't clean up yard waste) Green Earth Midwest LLC or Longs Peak Lawn care is your company. Your subdivision will look the worst it ever has.
