order number 588-5410 I purchased a groupon for premium canvas prints and placed the order. During the checkout it did not give me the option to add frames to my prints. I contacted customer service 30 minutes later through email and never got a reply. I waited the next day and chatted with customer service who told me that my order was filled and they can not change the order or add frames! The groupon did not state that you can not get a frame with your order and this is deceptive. I want canvas on demand to add frames to my order or send them to me separatelyInitial Complaint

On January 2nd, 2023 I ordered a print from Canvas On Demand (owned by Circle Graphics, ****** The print never arrived. It was suppose to arrive around January 12th. They charged me $147.65. My order number is 564-7364. I tried several times to make contact with the company, but they will not email be back and no phone number is provided on their website. They have made no effort to fix the situation. I certainly don't mind waiting if something happened in the production process, but as of right now, I feel like they stole $147.65 from me and will not respond to any emails. I have no way of recouping my loses or of receiving my order.Initial Complaint

I paid $109.44 for a print on December 15 and they only sent emails saying sorry. They haven't responded to any emailsBusiness response

*************************** placed order 562-4605 with us on 12/15/2023. Due to peak season volume, it did not ship until 12/31/2023.
The item shipped via *** Surepost, the first tracking number:1Z095Y88YW38482748 shows that the **** tracking number of 92612995355785551252564876 actually delivered the package on 01/06/2023.
When ***** was informed of this delivery on 01/10/2023, he did not reply so we assume it was delivered.
We hope this situation is now resolved and do apologize for any peak season delays. if there are further questions, please reach out and we will answer as soon as possible.

I placed an order for a pre-cut ready made 8x10 frame from Circle ***************** pictureframes.com on October 6th, and received a confirmation email afterwards stating in writing "production time is running normal at 2-4 business days" before shipping. It has now been 33 days since placing my order and despite ten live chats, four emails, and countless phone calls to pictureframe's 800 #--which has been conveniently shut off for months due to "too many orders"--with not a single answer as to what the hold-up is, or when it will ever be rectified, produced or shipped. ZERO answers. Multiple messages have also been left on their (Circle Graphic's) corporate ******** HQ number with ZERO response again after an unacceptable five weeks of waiting. This is false advertising and a typical bait and switch scam. According to their own employees live chat, pictureframes.com knew they were "running behind on production weeks before my order was placed" and weeks before my confirmation email stating they were running normal. They have done nothing to correct that email and people placing orders today are still being told production is normal--not even a warning on their website still! I was told this just this afternoon by "*****" on their websites live-chat that production time is still normal; of course when I told her when my order was placed five weeks ago they start scrambling for BS excuses and provide no answers whatsoever. They will not give out production's email, will not give out any manger's info, no email, no name, no number, nor will they have one even contact you in any form, no email, no calls--NOTHING. Nor would they even give me a name or a number of their corporate office, only that it was "in ********."I am trapped since I need this exact frame extrusion to match the rest and cannot source it anywhere else, but no one has the courage to even return a call or email or provide any answer in any way.I want an answer. I placed an order for a client through one of Circle Graphics, Inc companies, Canvas on Demand on August 9th with an estimated delivery date range that ended on August 25th. It's now Sept. 20th. I have tried calling, emails, and social media to get updated information and answers. I've only gotten canned responses and my order still has not been shipped. I can't get in touch with an actual person on the phone, only leave messages. No one who responds will tell me why my client's order is over a month late or when it will actually be shipped. Ship the order ASAP and if you can't do the job, I want my money back.Initial Complaint

On 5/21/21, I purchased a 16" x 20" Framed Print for $74.99 from Circle Graphics DBA: Canvas On Demand and received a nice print of my oldest son. On 7/29/22, I purchased a 16" x 20" Framed Print for $71.50 from the same company of my youngest son so that I could have matching photos. When the product arrived, it was noticeably smaller than the one that I had purchased a year prior. When I contacted them, they stated that they changed their product and sizing, and I would need to pay more to receive a similar print to the one I had purchased the year before. I feel that this is a bait & switch method, and unfair business practice to change the way that you now size a product and charge a similar/same amount. I have attached photos showing that this sizing does not match up, nor does it come out to 16" x 20"Customer response
