In April, 2021, Alternative Financial Services created a financial report which they then made available to me. I reviewed it within two weeks and had one question about a specific line item amount listed (on page 5 of 21) on this report and asked the business owner if I could find out more details about this line item and what it specifically contained. Business owner said that she would look into the details of this amount and would let me know. I waited and heard nothing. I then asked the office manager during a scheduled appointment I had at the ******** office in June, 2021 about the details of this same line item and she informed me that she would look into it and would let me know. I waited and heard nothing. I sent an e-mail to the business owner dated Wednesday, October 13, 2021 again with this question and another question (so now two questions). I attached a copy of the April 2021 report (page 1) and the page of the report containing the line item I wanted information on, in order to make it easier for the business owner to research or have researched by office staff. I consider both questions to be routine questions that should be answered easily for the business owner and/or office staff. Again, I waited and heard nothing. I have checked my e-mail and span daily, definitely no response. BBB, would you please try to motivate AFS to respond to my two questions listed in my October 13th e-mail? I also ask that in answering these questions that I won't be charged due to my inconvenience. This information is important to me and I thank BBB very much and AFS for their follow-through.Business response
