    I took a free class and then signed up for a sale of $17 "unlimited" monthly membership. I was deceived into a contract which was going to be billed at $169 monthly renewal. Within the 3 business days I cancelled and rescinded the contract in writing in person. I disputed the $17 charge successfully with my bank. I have been threatened with collections for a monthly renewing fee of $169 immediately by the manager at cyclebar ********. Then I have received an email that I owe $42 and another email that I owe $67. I will not be paying for a membership that I cancelled. The manager ****** told me she "no longer has to deal with" me because this issue has "gone to corporate" and has been unreasonable in my numerous attempts to resolve this issue. I am being retaliated against because I successfully disputed a $17 charge. These charges are inconsistent and without reasonable explanation. I terminated this contract within the allocated time.

    An upgrade to my membership was initiated by the general manager without my consent and was followed up with very poor customer service to reconcile the situation.I signed up for a membership in November 2021, over a year before this Cyclebar location opened. After the opening, I noticed my account showed I was signed up for a recurring 4-pack membership so I asked the front desk about this. I told them I had thought I signed up for an unlimited membership. They said they would have the general manager reach out. I received a voicemail from a front desk person saying they were going to be able to switch me to the unlimited membership and to give them a call back to process that. I did not call back. My account was changed without my permission to an unlimited membership and my credit card was charged for a membership rate much higher than what was advertised in November 2021. What followed was an unfortunate series of emails with the general manager who treated me as if I were asking for a favor or special treatment to correct their wrong, and failing to acknowledge that they upgraded and charged me without my permission. There were also a few untruths told to me about what others are paying to make me believe nobody is paying less than the rate they upgraded me to.I asked for my membership to either be adjusted to the unlimited rates advertised in November 2021 or change me back the 4 pack we have a signed contract for. They agreed to change the rate of the unlimited membership going forward, but with the caveat that they would not refund me for the charges over that rate that they already processed without my consent. Their final solution was to cancel the unlimited membership, instead of returning me to what we have a signed contract for: a discounted founders 4-pack. And was told if I want to sign up for the 4-pack that I would need to go to the studio to sign up for that. That means I would have to pay more. Just a horrible, unacceptable experience.
