    This company does not deserve even 1 star rating. The Owner of the business ****, insisted and sent me a service quote for what he thought was absolutely required for my Trane units. He said the burners are bad without investigating and that there was rust building. This he said he based on the tuning his technician had provided for a sum of $180 and it took his technician less than 10 mins to perform. The technician was trained by the owner. I called another company which is also certified by Trane and they checked my furnace for much less and told me everything was functioning perfectly and there was no rust. They said I did not need to replace the unit at all. ** also did not honor my warranty. They said they would first charge me and then reach out to Trane, if ***** reimbursed them then they would reimburse us. I spoke to a Trane rep and the other Trane certified technician and they both said we will only charge the service fee and ******************* for reimbursement. My unit is only 2 years old. Earlier when I had asked the company to help me with the connection of the Trane furnace to my Nest thermostat instead of stopping at saying that they dont know how to operate Nest they insisted that I change my thermostat from Nest to Honeywell and they could come install it. This is again trying to fleece a client. I trusted the company but they betrayed my trust and if they have done this to me I am extremely sure this is how they run their business with others and need to be disciplined.

    This customer hired a handyman to install 2 Trane furnaces. These furnaces are 4 years old (NOT 2 years old) and were oversized, which creates operating problems over time. This customer contacted us to say one of her furnaces was not heating properly. ************** found that only one burner was igniting and fixed the problem by tuning the furnace. ***** agreed to have our tech tune the other furnace at the same time. We charged her our standard diagnostic service rate, which she agreed to verbally ahead of time. We did not charge her for tuning the first furnace but instead gave that to her free of charge, and charged her our standard rate for tuning the 2nd furnace. She actually received a free furnace tune, which to the best of our knowledge fixed her heating issues. The following day, she emailed us a 2 day old Nest report stating that the furnace was still having issues. The report was for the period before our tech tuned her furnace. As our office staff did not notice the report was outdated and the fact that her furnaces are oversized, we sent an estimate for an additional repair. She was quoted for a burner replacement as this is a common cause of heating issues seen in oversized furnaces. We do not pressure customers or suggest repairs that we think are unnecessary. This repair estimate was prompted by her erroneous report that her furnace was still not working. The customer then insisted that we cover the repair of her 4-year-old furnace under warranty. As stated, we did not install this furnace, so it carried no labor warranty through our company.
