    This dealer will not stand behind **** for warranty work. I recently called to resolve an issue (hubs not locking automatically when engaging 4x4) for my 2022 **** F-350. Nevermind that I paid $10k over sticker for the truck because dealers were taking advantage of *********** but when I tried to schedule an appointment they said they we would need at least 2-3 business days just to complete a diagnostic and then it could be 2-3 more days to complete the actual repair on top of that. Who wants to be without a vehicle for a week to complete what I'm sure is a simple repair / replacement of the hubs? This is how they push people away that have legitimate warranty claims. Sad and disappointing! Luckily Brighton ****, where I purchased the vehicle, will get me in and out same day for the diagnosis and repairs. I have to drive an extra hour but it is well worth it to be serviced professionally!

    As we do our best to recognize and achieve immediate and same day appointments for all our guests, some days we do have to make an appointment.

    We do have over 40 available loaner vehicles for our guests should one be available at that time. We are very sorry to not be able to service your vehicle same day, as there were multiple guests with service concerns that came previous to yours. 

    When dealing with any and all service concerns, it is vital we take our time and not rush diagnostic and repair. 

    We will be happy to provide a loaner, should one be available, for your next service appointment with our team.

    I have never have left a bad review in my life but I think my experience should be note worthy. I bought a vehicle from this business in January of this year. Started having misfires and serious engine shaking about **** mi after I bought it. The engine was misfiring so bad I checked the spark plugs to see if that was an easy problem to fix. One spark plug was completely missing the porcelain. I had to change the spark plugs myself because this is the only vehicle have to get back and forth to work. After about 300 miles the vehicle started to misfire and shake again. I ended up taking it to another dealership to get it diagnosed. They told me I need a new engine that was going to cost me about half what I purchased for the vehicle 6 months prior. So I ended up taking back **** Maroone to see if we can work a deal since I've driven this vehicle less then **** miles, and I shouldn't have to pay for their mess up. They told me the warranty I bought as well as the ****** mile/12 month warranty they personally offer was not going to cover any of the damage and the best they could do was give me half of what the vehicle was worth just 6 months ago. At this point I'm stuck with a vehicle I have financed for over 5 years that I'm only willing to be offered half price for, and I did not cause the issue in the first place.I have been in good contact with the service manager and he definitely has been trying to help me figure out how to solve the issue, but outside of the business.

    I wish I could give the service ********** zero stars. I purchased my vehicle new from Maroone **** and for the most part it went smoothly and I was treated a s a valuable customer. The problems started when I needed to bring my vehicle in for service. The service ********** is infuriatingly rude and unhelpful. They refused to repair problems with the vehicle that were under warranty. They tried to blame the issue on another company that works for them. They would not take responsibility for the problem and it took weeks of calls to get a fix. I was contacted by **** with a safety recall that needs to be addressed as soon as possible and when I contacted Maroone **** they again gave me the brush off. It has been maddening to deal with this so called ********* ********** and I will no longer be taking my vehicle to this location.

    We are so sorry to hear about your frustrations with your vehicle. Any vehicle that properly falls under ****************** warranty window will get fixed under **** approval. There are strict guidelines that must be followed for any warranty or service repair. These guidelines cannot be rushed for the safety of our guest and proper mechanical actions of the vehicle.
