            I had a cavity filled in late August. Perfect Teeth estimated my out of pocket expense which I paid. My insurance company (******) processed the claim and informed me of what amount they would reimburse the dentist. I was due a refund of $48.37. I called Perfect Teeth and September and advised them that I of the overpayment and requested a refund. They told me they would make note of it, but they had not yet received payment from ******. On November 1, I called Perfect Teeth. They acknowledged the overpayment, but said it would take their corporate office up to 5-6 weeks to process. I have called the Pace location several times since but no one answers. I went to the office today and it has been closed. The number on your form is the one that was listed on a sign on the door. I called that number and no one answered. I was unable to leave a message as the mail box was full.

            I went September 2023 for a basic cleaning. I have ******** and before making my appointment, at check-in of my appointment and after my appointment, I asked multiple times if ******** is taken. They were very assuring that ******** is accepted. I move on, now October I received a billing for my account for $334! I have read many ****** reviews and a few have had many issues with incorrect billing and being sent to collections. ******** has assured they do accept this office for me. This review is being made before reaching out to them, I hope for the best this gets solved immediately.
