I went September 2023 for a basic cleaning. I have ******** and before making my appointment, at check-in of my appointment and after my appointment, I asked multiple times if ******** is taken. They were very assuring that ******** is accepted. I move on, now October I received a billing for my account for $334! I have read many ****** reviews and a few have had many issues with incorrect billing and being sent to collections. ******** has assured they do accept this office for me. This review is being made before reaching out to them, I hope for the best this gets solved immediately.

I have no issues with the quality of dental work done on my teeth. I've been working with Perfect Teeth (PT) for over 4 months (I phoned 14 times) on having them send labeled full-mouth x-rays and original extraction date to MetLife (MetLife called Perfect Teeth with me on the call) at least 7 times) since 12/29/2022 for my dental post replacement. With my calls PT committed to faxing the MetLife requested files. However, when I check with MetLife for PT received files, the files haven't been received. I owe PT my share for their services and do not want to overpay PT when MetLife pays their coverage of services. At one point PT sent my outstanding balance to collections, which is unnecessary if PT would send MetLife the required files. On one call, PT agreed to withdraw collections given I am waiting on PT to send the files for processing. PT reviews for this office shows it takes many months to receive PT refunds. Hence my refusal to pay off my outstanding balance (which does not include MetLife payments to PT). The PT office needs to take ownership and drive this issue to resolution. I am disappointed in the amount of my time spent on phone calls. Only twice has PT returned my calls with updates (but no resolution).
