I have not been to this store specifically, but I felt obligated to review the recent product I purchased which is their Only natural pet flea and tick repellent for cats. This product caused severe reaction for both of my cats, causing fur loss as well as scabbing and extreme itching. I am disgusted this this product is even sold, as I researched reviews of customers who had this same exact problem with their pets after using this product. I also spoke to my vet and did more research that some of the ingredients are actually poisonous for cats and should be completely avoided. People need to know to stay away from this product!!!!!I wish I was able to attach photos to this review so people can see what it did to my cats after using.Review from ML L

Two stars because I liked the quality of the food, until now. I would give 1 star for the customer service. I've been a happy customer for 5+ years and have collaborated with them as an influencer. But I can no longer recommend them. This past order, I was sent two bags of food that expire in 1 month! They were completely unapologetic when I let them know what happen and said I could return it but I would have to pay for shipping. Shipping it back would cost about as much as the food cost. I'm pretty sure they know that and they're counting on pocketing the money. After many appeals and suggestions on how they could right this situation, they dug their heels into the ground. If this was another store, they may have been transparent and the product would have been marked down and I would know NOT to purchase the product OR they would have refunded me and told me to donate the product. Honestly, by the time they receive the product back, they will have to toss it or perhaps send it to another unsuspecting consumer. They've broken the trust I had with their products and they don't seem to care to keep me as a customer. Use at your own risk.

I have been buying only natural pet food (power function) for quite awhile now. The last two bags I bought hardly had any of the super food freeze dried bits in it. I emailed them about it and their response, just return it. But unfortunately I cant since I dump my bags into a storage container and throw the empty bag out. The response felt very short and dismissive.Review from Tony P.

Charged card several times for my two orders. Canceled orders. Then impossible to get a hold of customer service for reasoning or solution. Shady company.
