              I ordered an item from this companies website. At no time was there notification that the item was "final sale". There is no notice on my email invoice/confirmation or website order page that the item was "final sale". Upon receiving the item, it was noticed that the incorrect item was ordered. I contacted the seller to see about exchanging for the correct one and was told first: their system is not set up for exchanges at all and that the only way to do that would be to return the item and then repurchase it was full price, when the original order was at a great discount. Then was told that the item ordered was "final sale" because of when it was ordered as part of a "year end sale". Again no notification was listed ANYWHERE that said item was final sale. Not on the receipt or the website before placing the order.

              Purchased 2.5k certified preowned MTB that retails for 8.2k. Despite them bolstering about their inspection, had to take bike straight to local shop to fix squeeking, dry tires, pumps underpressured, and other small things. TPC did cover expense. However, they admittedly did not inspect shocks and surprisingly, have had issues with them from very start. Rear shock loses all pressure within two weeks. Still kept bike. Eventually decided to switch bikes so emailed them about their buyback program and they decided, all of sudden, that bike doesn't qualify buy back even though it was part of the original contract. Steer away. Try Upway and other used bike retailers that are don't sell you broken bike then refuse to break contract.
