I upgraded my membership to an annual one. However the website is not reflecting the new membership. I have missed out on job opportunities due to pricing. And inability to access the proper options. I have been in communication with ****** for about 3 months regarding this issue. Still nothing. Im am being told to do all the work and if that doesnt work. Who knows. Incompetence, and sheer laziness is unacceptable. After all this time spent I am demanding an updated membership on all platforms and compensation for a three month waste of time conversation. Not including all of the months I didnt have access to upgraded membership perks.****** needs to be fired!!!!Business response

We appreciate your patience as we work to solve your membership issues, and apologize for any inconvenience youve experienced thus far. We see you signed up for membership through Apple iTunes on June 11, upgraded to annual through Apple iTunes on June 18, and reached out to our CS team on June 28 letting us know your membership through the app wasn't being reflected on the website. Our CS team looked into it and found you had access to all the content included in your membership through the app and the website, but were unable to use the membership discount on separate premium trainings. We have issued you a coupon code reflecting your membership discount that you can use to purchase any premium training. While we strive to assist all our members with technical issues, we only have so much power to assist with purchases through Apple, which is why our support team directed you to our comprehensive help articles, asked you for screenshots, and did the best they could to assist you with this particular issue. We are looking into what caused the specific technical issue you faced with syncing your account through the app and website, and hope to have a remedy soon.

Yoga International offers subscriptions to access its online content that are renewed on an annual basis. I signed up for a subscription in April 2023. Yoga International does not send renewal notices as required by C.R.S. 6-1-732. On April 22, 2024, I was charged $183.89 to renew my subscription. I did not receive a renewal notice prior to the charge. On April 30, 2024, I cancelled my membership and reached out to ****************************************** to request a refund. I was informed that refunds are against their company policy and the terms of service. I informed them of the requirements of C.R.S. 6-1-732 and explained that because I did not receive a renewal notice, I did not have an opportunity to cancel my subscription prior to being charged. Yoga International acknowledges that no renewal notice was sent, but it nevertheless will not issue a refund.Customer response

Hello! After I informed Yoga International of the complaint I filed with the BBB, they agreed to refund me. However, I remain concerned that Yoga International is not issuing renewal reminders to its subscribers. This practice must be changed in order to comply with Colorado Law. I was billed on 01/15/2024 for an annual subscription renewal under a negative option feature. I was not sent a reminder in order to be notified prior to the annual renewal. I do not want this subscription and as soon as I realized, I contacted the company to request a refund - either in full or prorated for the 11 months that have not yet passed. They acknowledged that no reminder of renewal was sent ("We do not send out upcoming payment reminders..."), and continued to point to their terms of contract that was part of my original sign up. I believe I should have been notified of renewal and given reasonable time to cancel the subscription as stated in the Federal Registrar (16 CFR 425 a 2).
