I received the wrong parts from this online merchant. I contacted the o line merchant requesting that the correct parts that I paid to receive. I also informed the seller that I intended to file a dispute with my bank within 48hrs allowing the seller ample time to find a solution. The sellers response was highly unprofessional and cast blame on me for the sellers mistake. The parts I received were to a base model vehicle and not the more expensive model I purchased. Seller was provided my VIN number to be able to match paint and was provided a note stating this was for SRT8 Conversion. The parts invoice I received via email even showed I would be receiving the SRT8 parts OEM Front, and OE Rear. I ordered the parts on 1/3/2024. On 1/17/2024 I received the incorrect parts. On 1/22/2024 I observed the wrong parts had been received. On 1/23/2024 I emailed the company that I received the wrong parts. Later that day I received an unpleasant email from the seller followed by a call. The seller then refused to correct the issue and proceeded to argue with sending the correct parts. Seller also agreed to a refund once parts were received back to his facility. I informed seller that parts were still packaged as received. Seller refused to complete new order and accused me of threatening email simply because I stated I would dispute transaction if no resolution was provided. Due to this transaction being one online, and two over $2000 I am afforded the right to one be concerned, two file a dispute with my bank for potentially fraudulent transactions, and three a BBB complaint until full resolution in the matter is provided. Seller stated verbally that he would provide full refund and seller stated he refuses to do another transaction for the sellers mistake. Correct parts were ordered and wrong parts sent. After waiting weeks for the item would have been nice to receive the right parts. Resolution: Full Refund OR Correct Parts

Hello Shaun, I'm sorry you felt we were unprofessionally and cast blame at you! We responded immediately that we would set up a return shipment (no cost to you) to have the parts sent back for a full refund. Due to the nature of the email we received, we simply went the route of a return for a full refund for the wrong parts being sent. We were not 'casting blame', but simply stated as our website states that we order parts based on your vin # which is why you received the parts you did. We then moved forward with the return without causing any grieve or trouble to you. We did not refuse to do another order for the mistake, but for how the situation was handled. We already have the return set up for 01/24 for the parts to be returned and will issue your full refund once received back as discussed. We will confirm once received and refund issued. Again, we apologize the wrong parts were sent and will get this resolved as soon as possible!

I have reviewed the response made by the business, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
