      I purchased a 2023 GMC Canyon from the King GMC Longmont location in July of 2023. I reached out via email to cancel my service contract in September of 2023, well within the 60 day refund window. I was repeatedly ignored by Tim, and now Jenny throughout the whole process and as of this complaint, nothing has changed. The only substantial update was that they were going to mail me a check of the wrong amount, which never arrived. To note, the Longmont location has since been sold so my issue was passed to the Loveland location.

      King Chevy Buick GMC, Longmont CO 06/06/2022 - Took Tahoe to Dealership as the vehicle was loud when driving on the interstate. Determined there was an issue with the Front Differential that needed to be fixed. Repairs completed 06/08/2022. Sound was a bit better. Invoice 70615 12/13/2022 - Took Tahoe back to the Dealership as the sound had become very loud again. Determined the Front Differential had issues again and had to be repaired. Repairs completed 12/22/2022, but the vehicle was still loud but the service tech said it was normal. Invoice 77209 05/09/2022 - Vehicle was very loud when in Auto or 4WD still. Took it to another mechanic and they determined the Front Differential was loose and wasn't installed properly which was causing the issue. 05/30/2022 - Took the Tahoe back to the dealership where they said nothing was wrong and we were adamant they drive it and listen. After driving, they said there was an issue with the Front Differential again and would need to order parts. We didn't hear anything from the dealership for 2 weeks and called them. Said the parts just came in, but couldn't get it into the shop for an additional 2 weeks which is unacceptable being this is the 3rd time they have replaced the same thing. We would like this resolved ASAP properly as it isn't safe to continue to drive the vehicle according to the Service Technician.

      We are happy to fix your Tahoe under warranty at no expense to you. Moreover, we are happy to provide a courtesy transportation unit when your vehicle is being repaired. We apologize that we were not able to repair your vehicle sooner, but we wanted to be upfront about the capacity constraints in the current environment with parts and labor. We realize that the same major component has failed again, but the numerous internal components of the bigger assembly can fail after repairing another part of the assembly. Had the failure occurred during the original repairs, we would have noticed the noise immediately. Nonetheless, we look forward to fixing this, and we are confident that this repair will last some considerable time. If it does not, we will want to replace the whole differential. Finally, if you would like to drop off the vehicle, we can provide a courtesy transportation vehicle prior to working on the vehicle.

      I got a 2022 gmc sierra 1500 pro with the 4 cylinder turbo engine in may of 2022. The first problem I had with it was at 11,850 miles I was seeing white smoke coming out if the exhaust took it in to get looked at on 08/31/22 they said there was a oil leak coming from the Turbo. They replaced the turbo under warranty. I got my truck back 09/13/2022. Everything was good and working right until 12/12/22 the check engine light came on and said reduced power. So I took it back to the dealership on 12/12/22 same problem the turbo was bad. They replaced it again under warranty much faster this time I got my truck back 12/13/22. Everything was good and working again until this month it now has some electrical issues and it has some shaking going on with it. Took it there on Friday 2/10/23 they looked at it and found codes that no one has seen before. They call me later and tell me I have to remove all my stuff out of there so they can work on the interior. So I pick it up on Saturday 2/11/23 and clean it out. Took it back today 2/13/23 They won't give me a loaner truck because I'm not 25. They tried to get us out of that truck by trying to get us to get a different vehicle they brought out a couple we looked at a newer f250 and we did a test drive and the 4 wheel drive didn't work. We get back and tell the salesman and he says that's weird. He said it wasn't for sale and that it was in the back but he tried selling us it. It's on there website for sale.be careful with this dealership!!! Update they won't work on my vehicle now because the word lawyer was thrown out there.

      At this moment, Mr. ********* and I are working through a few ideas to help ****** get into a new 5.3L Engine GMC. I will be contacting General Motors to try to garner some help for Mr. ********* and Mr. ****** over the next few business weeks for the issues that they have experienced with this truck. I hope that we will have a resolution that work for all parties.

      On May 23 2022 I contacted Tim A******* Finance Manager to request a cancellation of my GAP and VSC on a truck i bought 59 days prior. I was asked to email over the vin and miles for the vehicle and confirmed he had received them. Its now September 14 2022 and my lienholder hasn't received those funds. I have tried to contact the dealership by phone and email with no response back over the last week.
