Didn't run the line where they represented they would then wanted to charge me $300 to run it where they originally represented they would. They ran it to the front of my house so now there's a gray box and pvc on the front of my house. When I contacted the business, they admitted they asked my question about how they ran the line versus it saying on the website they run it near the electric box. They said they "try". My connection box is on the front of my house, no where even near my electric box as they represented, decreasing my property value, and they told me I have to pay them $300 to fix the problem they created. It's recorded and documented. They didn't do what was represented on their website. They want to charge me to fix it.Business response

Pulse has spoken with Mr. Rema to address the issues included in his complaint and is working on a resolution.
