      I was billed twice, 6 and 7/2021, for a coloscopy I received on 4/7/2021. The bills stated my insurance had been processed and the balance of $1014.00 was due which I paid. My insurance company indicated about 9/3, I should not have been charged anything and called Skyline Endoscopy Center, left a message to that effect, and told me to call the center if I was not reimbursed with a week. I called the billing office 9/13 leaving a voice message, spoke with a representative 9/14 who agreed I was due the refund and assured me it would be in the mail 9/15. No check so another call to billing office 9/22 leaving a voice message, return message to me 9/23 indicating they needed the center name and account number. That was provided 9/24 and return message to me that check was written 9/15 and sent to center for processing, should be received soon. Still no check so another phone message left for Patty on her direct line 10/7 indicating no refund yet and no response yet. Still no check 10/13.

      Thank you for your help and efforts to resolve my dispute with Loveland (Skyline) Endoscopy Center LLC. I filed the claim with you on 10/13/2021 and two days later I received the check in the mail. The date on the check indicates it was written 9/15/2021 and the postage stamp on the envelope indicates it was sent on 9/24/2021 yet I did not receive it until 10/15/2021. While I question the delays in writing the check, mailing the check and finally receiving it, I am nonetheless pleased to have finally closed the lengthy refund owed to me.

      I have attached a copy of the envelope and check with the dates in case you need to verify them. I will also call Loveland Endoscopy Center and let them know I have received the check and the complaint filed through you has been resolved.

      In response to the above-mentioned complaint, the complaint was that the customer did not receive their refund from our facility.  The customer has since received the refund and stated that they would be withdrawing their complaint to the BBB.
