I have been taking my car for yearly service at MB of Loveland since 2018. Every year (except 2022) I paid for the tires to be rotated and was told they were. After taking the car to many other Mercedes-Benz certified shops this year, I was told that my front tires were in extremely bad situation for car that was driven for less than 15,000miles. Moreover, all those certified shops confirmed that the tires were either never rotated or they were replaced by much older tires at the shop. I am very disappointed in this outcome as this has made me lose all trust in this dealership and service shop. I hope that this is mainly an issue with a corrupt employee rather than a reflection of the shop's policy. Documents are available upon request. I look forward to resolve this issue amicably as I am certain the owners of this place do not condone such petty actions. Which is more I would really like to gain my trust back in this place and not have to escalate the matter further with consumer protection or legally as this is something very petty that would have endangered my life and that of my family.Business response

Although the dealership can not control or warrant the tread life or wear on a set of tires, I did speak with Mr. ******* and requested he bring his vehicle by the dealership so we could have an opportunity to inspect and review his concerns. I offered to personally assist in this process. He indicated he would come by last week, but has not done so. The invitation still stands and I encourage him to swing by so we can see what the other repair shop is referring to. Thank you.
