      Since being acquired by Service Champions in ****, **********, service has drastically declined and prices have drastically increased. Swan installed my **** system in 2019 and tankless H20 system in 2023. Trying to comply with the 5 year labor warranty for the **** system in the past year was painful. **** dispatch in ****** kept canceling the appointments the day before. The dispatch office told me I could "skip" the annual **** check up, in direct contrast to my contractual obligation. Telephone calls were routed to "out of office" answering service at 9am MST. Email to Service Champions finally got results. Now with ******** dispatch, calls are answered and appointments kept. I recently needed the shower valve cartridge replaced and the service technician wanted to upcharge the service to include water pressure check. The invoice would have been $572. I paid the $22 service fee and sent the technician away. I watched a ******* video and replaced the cartridge myself for cost of parts. Thankfully my labor warranty obligation with **** ends in 2024. I'll work with a locally owned organization for future **** and plumbing work.

      The ********* came todayhottest day of the year and repaired my air conditioner (in the attic) in record time! Excellent professional punctual politegreat crew and ************** is now cool including the front room which has never been cool (or warm in the winter). Seems the builder failed to open the damper in the attic. Very pleased and highly recommend Swan for your ac needs.

      CAVEAT EMPTOR! I my 40 years of owning properties I have never experienced an AC company/technician (*****) such as this. On their first analysis they diagnosed the problem and offered me 3 options to address the problem. The least expensive option, which I regrettably chose at $800+, was what he called a "band aid" option. I chose this with the hopes of getting through the summer and then look at a replacement unit. Initially the technician was good. However, the band aid did not work and within 10 days the technician came back out and that's when things got ugly. Right when he came in the door I explained I was having the same issue as before and, with an attitude he said "I told you so". How could he even, in good faith, provide this repair option in the first place knowing that it probably won't help. Things went south from there and I told him we're done here and to leave. Then he had the audacity to charge me a trip charge for this 2nd visit. Granted this was only $22 but it highlights the integrity (lack thereof) of this company and their business practices. CAVEAT EMPTOR!

      Scammers! Why are they still in business? Why do they have a A+ rating?!! Several people in my community including myself have been lied to by this company! Always saying the same thing, A/C needs replaced and cant be repaired. Thankfully I got a second opinion as did so many others to find out in fact our A/C unit was repairable. My part cost $25 bucks! I was told by **** it would be a hefty price to complete the job and they didnt have the part needed for repair. It seemed once they found out my home warranty was going to cover it, the costs went through the roof. Leading me to look elsewhere! After seeing other customers were also being told the same thing, I can only concur they must have a script to follow to get the most out of the customer!! How bout ******************** do an investigation with Swan business?!! Are they paying to keep their A+ rating or is the BBB slacking because this is unacceptable! Croaks and need to be reported and addressed before they scam anyone else!!

      DO NOT USE SWAN HEATING AND AC FOR YOUR HVAC NEEDS!!!!!!!! My ac went out a few weeks back. I had technician *********************** out who at first seemed like a stand up professional. He lied about the condition of my unit and was very manipulative. He said this is the absolute worst part of my job I hate having to tell people we cant repair the unit and quoted me 7k for a new unit saying it was beyond repair. I luckily had another company come out they deduced that I had a bad breaker $30 part and $200 in labors. My ac is working great now with no issues. The Tec ****** also told me my unit was not under warranty where as the new company told me if it were to breakdown my warranty is still good for the next two years. Terrible company absolute scammers. Would not recommend.

      Do not do business with this company. They will not honor their warranty. We had a motor go out 7 years into a 10 year warranty. The warranty stated that we had to have the furnace serviced every year, which we did. They then claimed that it had to be serviced by them only. The people we dealt with were all very rude and unprofessional. The “GM” was supposed to call and never did. Won’t return voicemails or emails. Spend your money elsewhere. These people are thieves.

      To whom it may concern, In June this year we reached out to Swan Heating and Air for a quote on replacing our air conditioner. After friendly, prompt and knowledgeable service from the technician- we decided to replace both our air conditioner and our furnace. After the install, I had to navigate several different interactions with Cassie in order to figure out the ****** Portal. At this time, Cassie was responsive and helpful and after the payment was sent through, I heard nothing more. After receiving my ***** rebate, I began to wonder where the ***** rebate was. So I placed a phone call to inquire and was greeted with a cold, unhelpful and unprofessional response from Cassie and the administration personnel. Allegedly “I was supposed to have scheduled an appointment to have our air conditioner commissioned”. As I started to respond that I hadn’t received that direction in an email I received June 23rd, the person I spoke with immediately responded with “the notes on your file say a voice message was left on June 23rd to schedule the appointment “ and she went on to tell me it was a two hour long and tedious process- it occurred to me that this was not an appointment that they enjoyed, nor was it at the top of their list. The phone call was then transferred to Cassie, who was explicitly and inappropriately abrupt in stating “she DID leave a voicemail on June 23rd”. Not that it is any of your business, but I will provide my call log and phone record proving that I DID NOT receive a phone call from Swan on June 23rd as proof that a voicemail couldn’t possibly have been left to me. Now, we are all humans and I understand that mistakes can be made. However, the terrible, rude and unprofessional manner in which I was treated was not warranted or necessary. It seems as though once Swan got my business and my payment, I was just a nuisance and once more tedious rebate to be filed. I would like to be contacted by personnel other than those who I’ve spoken with today who can provide better customer service and an actual pride in the work they put their name on.
