Very stressful and creepy experience coming here Feb 22, 2022. The manager ********************* has been stalking me and harassing me outside of his business and sending letters to my home. They ask for your ID and make a photo copy of it at the door. **** the manager used my information to personally stalk and harass me. He claimed that taking a photo of my dog was against the rules and claimed that I intended to take photos of patrons in a public place which would not have been wrong either. Their website encourages cameras yet my daughter and I were singled out and humiliated by ********************* and the other staff that day for nothing because we were just about the only ones there and **** was on a drug fueled rampage. Very creepy. I suspect substance abuse amongst the staff. The pricing structure is outrageous and they go over the top to talk about how great they are which just makes the managmebt here appear like con artists stealing your money. The blue gree algae will make you sick. They have abused the natural environment which they claim to protect depleting the water supply so badly that the springs no longer flow and are toxic and have to be heated artifically. Total scam. Avoid these crooks.

This gentleman was accused of taking pictures of another family. The husband of the family claimed that he saw the video taken. The video was footage of his wife. We do not allow photography of people outside one's immediate family. Along with the husband, I looked for half an hour to find the photographer to address the situation. When we found him, he was argumentative and showed us his camera content and no footage such as the husband described was found. He agreed to leave when the husband requested that he do so because he was uncomfortable. The photographer left and his admission fee was refunded to his credit card account. Later that day he sent emails that were abusive and contained cursing and claimed the manager had stalked him. He said we would never see him again. At that time, the decision was made to not allow admission in the future and his donation was refunded. We sent a letter to him informing him of our decision. This letter was returned with more written cursing. He said we made up the rule against photographing others but sent a screen shot of our website's guidelines that specifically state this information. He has posted two negative reviews including the one you shared. He is not welcome at our facility for the well being of guests and staff.
