My name is ****** ***. My husband, ****, and I hired Cathy H******* back on Sept. 15 to do an appraisal on our property in Cimmaron, Colorado. We paid her $600. We have tried to reach her (e-mail, phone calls, left messages)several times since then, with no success. We see that **** ****** is the "owner of record". We have been trying to get hold of him, also. All we want is what we paid for, our appraisal. I spoke with the customer on a Monday, and I tried to email her the report, as it had been complete. I also sent it again on a Wednesday, again through email. This is our typical way to send reports. Upon receiving communication with her on Friday of the same week, I did overnight a physical copy of the appraisal to my customer. The job was completed, and the report was received.
