            On 02/29/2024,  the Better Business Bureau sent a request to Bumpersuperstore.com requesting they substantiate or modify the claim they are "#1 STORE FOR AFTERMARKET TRUCK BUMPERS" and customers buying their products will "SAVE UP TO 55% OFF RETAIL" .  After the request was not responded to, the Better Business Bureau sent a follow-up request on 03/08/2024 for the company to substantiate, modify, or discontinue these claims pursuant to the Better Business Bureau Code of Advertising.   As of 03/19/2024, the Bumpersuperstore.com has not responded to any of BBB's request for them to substantiate, modify, or discontinue the claim.  The Better Business Bureau has therefore been unable to confirm Bumpersuperstore.com is the #1 store for aftermarket truck bumpers or what customers will be saving 55% compared to.

            purhcased a scorpion sco-fbchhd11 bumper from bumper superstore online on 12/9/2023. I chose to go with this site as they had options to purchase led lights and a winch at the same time. I thought it was convenient so i didn't have to do more research to see which items would go with the bumper. at the time of my purchase the website said the product was in stock. received an email on 12/11/23 saying that order was received and was processing, 12/18/23 processed and maximum shipping would be 7-10 business days. I received an email on the 12/23 asking to review my order that I had not received yet. I reached out and got a reply on 12/26 saying that they got an update that the item is backordered with no ETA. didn't hear from them until i reached out again in the middle of Jan. was told on the 01/17 that new ETA was mid to end of Jan. Feb 9th new ETA of mid-end of March. 02/15 new ETA of mid-end of April. April 5th I was told that the bumper is now out of stock and I would get a refund for just the bumper. What am I supposed to do with the accessories for the bumper that I was sold. I have reached out to the company through phone calls and emails and haven't heard back. no refund received. I have looked into the company and see a lot of complaints of a similar fashion.

            I have contacted multiple times since October 2023 to talk to a dallas *****. even when available somehow I just get sent to voice-mail, and numerous emails with no response. now they have my part and my money! with an excuse that it was sent back to my card, but the card I used has been closed for over a year and I have documentation from the bank saying i never recieved any funds and the refund would be blocked from the card due to the card not being active. What I want to know is if it was a warranty why was the old original amount refunded and not the amount I payed for the replacement why am I paying more for a replacement under a warranty? I want my full amount $526.95 sent by check as bother cards I used are now both inactive.
