On 9/3/21 I paid $700 to a dog breeder for a puppy. The agreement was to pay $700 upfront and then the remaining balance of $300 upon delivery. I was told he would refund my money if I change my mind. I paid via Zelle. The next day I was told by the delivery service I had to pay $1500 for delivery. Breeder never told me this, so I canceled the order. I asked for a refund, and he said I had to wait 30 days. Fine, even though he never said that before, I was willing to wait. On 9/8/21 he texts me that I need to help him sell the puppy and then when she was sold, I would get my refund. I said that was never the agreement. I told him since he was changing the agreement, I wanted an immediate refund. He then said that if I find a buyer, I can get my money back or if I send the remaining balance of $300 he will send the puppy. Clearly he’s not honest and I said I just want my promise refund. He is now saying he will not refund my money at all. I have attached all screenshots
