**** ***** from Greenway Pro bid on a project for me in early June 2022. Upon receipt of the contract on 7/7/2022, I was informed they needed 50% up front to be put on the schedule. I promptly paid the $2,622.60, but as of late October had not been even placed on their schedule. I requested a refund as it is too late in the year to plant trees and was told several times by their office that a check would be placed in the mail. Now I cannot get a call back from them and emails are apparently being ignored. Please see attached email documentation. I simply want a refund as no materials were purchased, and for six months they could not be bothered with even placing me on their schedule.Business response

Ms. ****** received her refund and cashed the check on 12/19/2022. Green Way had already purchased some materials for the project and as the contract states, there are no refunds once materials are purchased. Management discussed this particular case and chose to refund the down payment as requested. Unfortunately, there were delays in getting back with Ms. ****** and we apologize for that delay.Customer response
