We bough a car from Turner Automotive. Shortly after buying it, took it to their service department. The car radiator fan running continuously, and the coolant level was low. They told us it was loosing coolant do to a bad intake manifold. They ordered the parts to repair. It took several months to get the parts, and the car repaired. Shortly after getting the car back we noticed the coolant level still dropping. We took the car to the Ford dealer in Delta Colorado for a second opinion. They told us the rear heater hose was leaking. They replaced the hose. They told us the intake manifold had been replaced, however the coolant system was full of “stop leak” an additive used to stop coolant leaks. They had to flush the system several times to get the stop leak out. Turner Automotive did not mention anything about “stop leak” in the coolant system when they replaced the intake manifold. We do not believe the car was completely repaired when we got it back from Turner Automotive. We called them and were told there was nothing they could do. We request a refund for repairs from Turner Automotive.

I started talking to this company 2months before I purchased a truck. The seller reported to me that there was cosmetic damage to the truck but no mechanical issues, that it had been in there shop and everything was good. Oct 5 I put $1,000 down to reserve the truck. Oct 20th my credit union wired them 1/2 of the money and the 21st of October I left home and drove almost 500 miles to pay the rest of the mo ey in person and pick up the truck. It was purchased for $15,500. Got on the road and headed home, once dark hit we realized we didn't have a head light on the passenger side. So we stopped bought one and changed it, for it not to work. On October 23rd the check engine light amd the stability control light came on. So I called the salesman and he said to have an ase certified shop run diagnosis. So I took it to *** ******* in wheatland wy, and they call me stating the vehicle has bare wires in the engine and is unsafe to be on the road and was surprised it was sold to me like this. I've tried contacting the Manger of sales and the gm of service at Turner auto amd they will not speak to me or return my calls. This issue needs to be taken care of by them by either paying the shop where I live to fix it, or at there expense have the truck towed 500 miles back to them have there service department fix it, return the truck to me and provide me either way with a rental car as I live 13 miles from my job and have no transportation now because they put me on the road in a vehicle that was unsafe to drive even tho they told me everything was OK with it.

We picked up the truck from the other dealer and have it in our shop currently working to resolve the customers problem.

      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

They are not resolving the issue, they fixed the bare wiring by ordering wire connectors, nothing has been said about fixing the stability control issue, the head light, and they refuse to fix the over heating issue unless they file it with the warranty and even if it doesn't fall under the warranty they want me to pay for it, when this code originally serviced a month before the truck was purchased and they failed to fix it than, the dealership should be solely responsible for all repair costs,  like they originallytold me they were going to do once the truck was picked up by there team. The truck wasn't even in my possession 36 hrs when these issues occurred. They have left me with no vehicle refuse to give me a rental and I live 13 miles from work.

I searched the county to a corvette zo6 allocation since most dealerships have years of a wait list . I was able to secure the very next allocation at this dealership just yesterday on 12-1 and gave a credit card for deposit and recieved a email confirmation that my order was placed ( photo attached) and i was next in line at the dealership to get one . Today i get a call that they are cancelling my deal because the manager has someone they want to give it too and they couldnt help me . The manager was involved in my order with my salesperson ***** and aware of my final order then took it away for someone he knew and told me it was because i did not live local . This is very deceptive practice .

Bought used car with 90 day warranty. Car had a leak and took it in while it was still under warranty. They looked at the car and said there was nothing wrong with it and that it was just condensation. After warranty expired I took it to another shop and I need a new radiator and hoses which is going to cost me $1,300. I watched them work on my car and they didn't even look at it. They just assumed it was condensation.

The 90 day coverage is for powertrain components only. Radiator and hose are not covered.  The customer did not purchase a service contract at the time of purchase.  Ross T*****

I bought this vehicle on April 16th. I notice leaking a couple of days later. I bring in the vehicle on May 16th. They said they would cover the visit under my warranty since I just bought the truck. They said it was condensation and it was not the case. They did not want to pay for the LEMON they sold me. I am not done with Turner and the broken down cars they sell

I am rejecting this response because:

I bought a car from you for over $7500 cash and debit card. Less than a month of owning the piece of crap, water is leaking out of it. I did not have another $2500 for your warranty. You do not stand by the products you sell. I would like you to pay at least half of the costs. This wasn't a $2000 car. I will be all over social media about this and anyone that is thinking about buying anything from you. Do the right thing! Pay at least half of the costs since I brought it to you and your mechanics didn't even bother to look at it and said everything was fine!!
