I am giving this business ZERO STARS.I entered this business to ask some questions. The owner was chatting with two friends and was behind a 20' long counter. I said, " My brother passed away and left me our grandffather's coin collection. I couldn't really tell from pictures online and would he show me and example,,," and he cut me off cold. He 'stopped me right there' and said 'he had 22 years experience..." I said, "Fine, I don't do business with people who won't talk with me" and headed out the door. He called me at least one vile epithet as I was leaving. When I turned and stuck my head back in... he already had pepper spray in his hand and threatened me. I left.This guy ran around the counter and chased me with a weapon!!!! Just for asking a question. I was already getting into my car when he yelled about his security cameras and I didn't hear the rest of it./ because I was in my car in the parking lot. I am sure this person has firearms and if there was EVER a RED FLAG reason to disarm a person, THIS IS ONE.I have filed a police report for his violent menacing actions. I don't know if he's a psychopath or just a sociopath. I do know that this person is in dire need of **************** Counseling. NO ONE is safe patronizing this business until he is disarmed and is returned to sanity.
