          Refund and Exchange Policy

          • If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of order ship date, return shipping is paid by the customer and a 20% restocking fee for items in sellable condition. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund issued as a store credit.

            Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

            • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
            • Returned items must be returned in original packaging unopened
            • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear/use and be in sellable condition
            • NO returns or refunds on microbial inoculants, human consumables, or seeds (i.e. Quantum Growth, Morningstar Minerals, Microclover, Drought Resistant Turf Grass etc.)
            • NO returns or refunds on gift card purchases.
            • NO returns or refunds on tote purchases, pallet purchases or bulk truckloads.
            • Chemical sprayers like backpack sprayers and hose end sprayers cannot be returned. FlowZone sprayers and batteries will be serviced by the manufacturer.

            • Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
            • Select reason for wanting to return or exchange
            • Print your shipping label that you will receive by email
            • Send all items back to us using the label provided

            Additional information:

            • Refunds are issued immediately after item is received in original packaging unopened
            • Restocking fees are 20% for returned or exchanged items in sellable condition
            • Lost or damaged returns will be handled by Rocky Mountain BioAg®
