Had major hail damage to our home and they low balled the ins. claim. Have been going back and forth to get resolved and now they say this is not due to hail damage. Have asked the agent to get involved and she never calls me back. They sent an adjustor from ****** and she missed things and didn't even look at our roof.Business response

There have been over 40 correspondence from the ************** This does not include the repsonse and explanations given from our Corporate agency. The correspondence has been directly from the Agents Executive Assitant as the ********** is out on maternity leave. Although on maternity leave, the agent still reached out and scheduled a call with the complainant to help alleviate frustrations. The complainant missed the appointed call time and the agent was unable to re-schedule due to maternity leave. The **************** as well as executive assistant have provided all reasons and explantions for claim and reasonign for payouts. All in all, complainant is frustrated that they are nto recieving the pay out they feel justified to receive. Our company is a 100 year old company and has always paid out claims correctly and righteously.
