We hired ************************* and Dig excavation to replace a septic system that was old but in working condition. We went with him cause he gave us a fair bid and was a local guy. The job ended up being a nightmare from beginning till end. He hardly showed up when he said he would and left us with a with an unfinished project, two huge craters in our front yard, and a now destroyed septic tank that was leaking sewage hourly. He also ended up being unethical in a myriad of ways. We paid him in full plus thousands more, and then at the last moment he gave us a 40% upcharge without really telling us why. We asked to go over accounting and he refused, he just gave us an off the cuff pricing list he wrote up 5 mins before meeting with him. He talked down to us and said we did not know anything. We asked him to finish the job and **** us when it was completed, he refused. He seemed unfazed that he left a family with a 8yr old daughter without a septic system for months. We ended up having to buy another tank and hire a new contractor( that did a great job) to finish the job. I would recommend hiring a more professional contractor to do any job that is bigger then a snow plowing.

This customer was a family of manic drug addicts. The above complaint was written by an addict who, wasn't the legal customer on contract, nonetheless; he and his girlfriend ( the actual client on contract) stole our company job box, with laser transit, chainsaw, and other miscellaneous job tools, which has been filed as theft with the Boulder County Sherriff and ******************* The above plaintiff was constantly manic, trying to represent our actual client, and due to non payment, we couldn't continue the scope of work, and contract was terminated on-site by client.
