1 starVery difficult company to work with. I was quoted a price over the phone to replace my alternator on my vehicle ($580). I was asked to drop off the vehicle later that afternoon and the car would be repaired by the next day. There was never any discussion of an inspection or an inspection fee. I was called the next morning to go over the results of the inspection. all of this is fine, although, i never asked for an inspection. i just wanted the alternator replaced. I was informed that the cost to replace the alternator was in fact almost double ($980) what the original estimate was. I said please put the vehicle back together and I would pick it up later that afternoon. That is when i was informed of he cost to inspect the vehicle. It was $111 dollars for them to tell me what I already knew (the alternator was bad and needed to be replaced). The customer service person was incredibly rude and accused me of being abusive when I questioned why i was never informed of the inspection fee. Over and over again they said i was abusive when i asked simple questions. Not a good company to do work with. Definitely cannot be trusted. I feel helpless when dealing with companies like this. I advise you look at their overall rating and go elsewhere to get your vehicle repaired. It is simply not worth it.Review fromJaime C

1 starI would never refer anyone to Accurate Automotive. I am out over a thousand dollars and my vehicle is still not fixed. I dropped my vehicle off for service and was told serveral days later the work was completed. Upon picking up my vehicle and driving it, it was very clear that my vehicle was not fixed as promised. The **** ******************* of Accurate Automotive was made aware of the situation and he became argumentative and verbally aggressive. Definitely not a positive experience, save yourself the nightmare. If I could I would give them negative stars. Definitely read the other reviews, obviously there is a theme and I am not the only unsatisfied customer.Review fromJohn M

1 starAccurate Automotive 23FriFEB24-1916- 45F They offered no reembursment or dicounts after becoming aware of issues and failures of their repairs and my payment to them.I should have left when I first arrived: I heard yelling and screaming coming from the repair bay first thing in the morning Monday while I sat in the customer waiting room. Things were not right at this place and they were not hiding it. The owner said he wanted all the work that an individual had done rechecked. They did everything wrong in Dec 2023:Brakes: Currently experiencing: grinding of disks when the brake pedal is depressed. squeaking under the dash when the brake pedal is depressed.Gaskets: gaskets failed within a week of repair. was told to go to a dealership as the remedy. they advised me that they already had experience and knowledge that ******* was aware of gasket issues and was repairing the gasket issues at no cost to owners of *******. Yet they charged me for a repair that they knew ******* would pay for and that they, Accurate Automotive, could not fix.Oil pan plug: they striped the threads of the oil plug and the threads of the oil pan. sent me home with this major and complete leaking of oil. did not take accountability for ruining the oil pan. offered to retread the oil pan and oil plug. stated they replaced oil plug and oil pan with what I assumed were new items and charged me half the cost of parts and labor for the oil plug and oil pan.Review fromDavid W

Hello *****,
By searching by your name, I do not see that you have been to our shop. Plus, the owner of our shop is not ***, but my name is ****. I am so sorry you are dealing with frustrations with your vehicle but this review does not seem to be for us. If there is anything we can do, we would be happy to help.

1 starThis business used to be very solid but have definitely gone down hill, tremendously. I took my car in for one thing, they told me there was something else that needed to be fixed. Short version, they had my car for months (literally), with no communication unless I initiated it, and have not solved the problem. Additionally, while working on the recommended repair they did damage to some of the electrical components and refused to repair them all. At this point they will not even entertain the idea of refunding my money. After spending thousands, I still have a car that I can not drive and is in worse shape than it was when I brought it in.Review fromJohn A M

I took my SUV in because I ran a report and found many issues centralizing around the **** I also noted the traction light was still coming on after hub and ABS replacement and could also be related. I was told the *** did show faulty and that a rod in engine was malfunctioning. I asked if replacing the *** would take care of the electrical but told would not correct the traction issues, that requires the engine replacement (that makes no sense). I declined the repair and when I picked up my SUV it was no longer drivable. The engine is constantly knocking and it would not properly start. I barely made it home and the car will not start now. I spoke with Service Manager and explained I came for just electrical and had no mechanical issues this drastic. She argued that is how it was left. I showed the report I ran before bringing it and she stood her ground. I explained I came from ******* last weekend and had no issues and would have reported this for a diagnostic if I did. I was not insinuating they purposely altered my vehicle but suggested that something was off. After a lengthy discussion, I was asked to leave with no resolution. I barely made it home and the car will not start now. Below are the online reports before and after for consideration. I cannot recommend this establishment or the professionalism of the service manager.REPORT PRIOR TO SERVICE:************************************************************************************************** REPORT AFTER THEIR INSPECTION:**************************************************************************************************Accurate Automotive LLC

Hello ****,
We are so sorry you are frustrated with the situation of your vehicle. As discussed at great length, we understand you came in with an electrical issue - which we did pin point test your body control module issue.
However, upon start up, as a video was attached to your inspection as well, you know your car had a check engine light, running rough, knocking from the engine, and upon arrival your vehicle had no oil in the engine.
As you did own up to your actions and words stated to our staff and aggression towards us, we hope the best for you and your vehicle.

1 starThis company claimed i had things wrong with my car that needed to be fixed and recommended i shouldn't drive it or I may cause serious damage to my engine if i do. I took it in for a check engine light that had a code P0171. That's a air/ fuel mixture error. I just expected to replace a sensor or a filter to fix it. They kept it for 3 1/2 days without calling me to tell me what their inspection found. I called THEM. And they told me to give them 20 minutes more and they'll call me back with the diagnosis. More than 2 hours pass and I had to call THEM AGAIN. I was told that i had a damaged intercooler that was leaking due to a dent in it. I have photos of the dent that clearly looks like a hydraulic **** or some equipment caused this dent. My oil was changed 2 days before i took it to accurate by another shop and they scanned the code at my request. They don't do the type of work needed to fix it. ***** asked them to check where oil was leaking from. I called them if there was a dent in my intercooler when they inspected it. They said no. If it was there they would've noted it. He specifically remembered working on my car and said there wasn't a dent. Accurate also claimed my turbo was bad. They replaced my valve cover gasket 5 months earlier and i paid $494 for it. The time I'm referring to now they said my pcv valve may need to be replaced and that includes charging me again for that gasket. I towed my car out of their shop since they claimed i shouldn't drive it and blame me for causing damage by driving it. A mobile mechanic inspected it again and found the turbo and inter cooler weren't bad and i can drive it. The pcv valve was bad though and that caused the code. The pcv valve is part of the valve cover. That's when i found out the valve cover they replaced was too big and they stripped 2 screws that hold down the valve cover. They put a bunch of silicone on the side the stripped screws were on so they knew they damaged it or they would've told me about it.Review fromKevin L

1 starI brought a older pickup here for an inspection, and some things that I knew were wrong with it to see how much it would cost to get it fixed. I have never let any one work on my vehicles as i try to do most things my self. I cant say any thing good about this place. I had some pretty major repairs done to my pickup, including a rear main seal replaced. About 250 miles in to the repairs being done. 3 or 4 of the repairs had already failed. Started leaking oil and i developed a misfire. Upon bringing my vehicle back to get warranty work done on the stuff that failed they Lied straight to my face saying that I had replaced a part on my truck that I never even touched, nor did any one for that matter except them because they where the only ones to work on my truck. Had my pickup for almost a month before someone finally contacted me after me calling and asking if any one had looked or worked on my truck yet numerous times. (mind you this is already after i paid a huge amount of money to them prior to me bringing my truck back for warranty work. I stopped by for them to tell me that there was more ************* to be fixed. they quoted me 4000$ to fix what now was wrong with it. I refused it. Then they tell me if i don't get the repairs completed my warranty will be voided. I ended up just taking my truck out of there in worse running condition then when it went it in. They left skid shield bolts out ( i had to go back to get them. ) Over filled my oil by a lot. I also Had to take it back 2 times because the steering was not straight and they claimed they aligned it. Please watch yourself going here as they have very high prices, poor communication, lie about repairs that they do. In the end i would not recommend any one take there vehicle here. I paid a ton of money to these people to work on my truck. I'm stuck with a vehicle that I cannot drive now because I cant afford to get it fixed. I am heart broken and hope this doesn't happen to any one else.
