      Thank you for contacting us regarding this. The part that this customer did not let you know and we do have in Email form was. The light he received, was a replacement, and he had us ship it even though we did let him know in writing that we did NOT recommend it being shipped, and it was explained in writing again that we have had a very high percentage of shipped good that was damaged in shipping. At the time we did recommend for us to send an E-gift via e-mail for him to purchase whatever he wish with that. He chose the light being shipped even though that was not recommended, him understanding in writing that we will not replace it again and he is taking responsibility for any damage.

Please note we warranty the light GT-FP-22BLP (*******), but not the shipping, there is $ **** shipping charge that I will be sending you an invoice through PayPal, you dont need to have an account with them you just need to pay the invoice. Unless you find your receipt and I can send you a gift card for the purchase price. Is this a good email address for the invoice? And as we talked on the phone you do understand that we do not warranty the *** delivery, in the past they have not been kind to lights, if it comes to you damaged you are responsible for it.Please confirm.

      I am rejecting this response because: *** provides all packages automatically with $100 worth of liability for loss or damage.When *** ships ground  its ********.

      Declared value coverage is automatically included in *** Ground shipments, but it only covers up to $100 of the package's value. The item falls in that amount

      as the light is less than $75.00. Iam not asking the company to pay for it *** covers the shipment that is damaged during shipping.

      The original damage was replaced. The customer was given the choice of a gift card or replacement item, he was told that we do not recommend this option, because nether *** nor Fed-Ex has been kind to the item since they are lights that are being shipped. The customer was given waning a few times in an email form and was told that he will be the sole responsible party if he receives the item damaged, and he put that in writing in an email form that he does understand, that since we do not recommend this if he gets it damaged, he will be responsible to fill the claim and we will not do that for him when it comes to *** in this case. This all-in writing for your review if you chose to see it.

      I am rejecting this response because: I do have a calim filed against *** there is some thing the shipper has to fill out so *** can proceed with the damage claimagainst ***

      I have gone through this numerous times with the shipper *** told me that they have emailed the shipper and until they respond they can not move forward with my claim.

      the company never responded to my last response how could it be closed without a response
