Awalt Construction is not honest or professional. He walked off the job and did not pay the bills that he was suppose to pay. He left me with having to bring in another air conditioning company and pay them. Hired a dry ****** to fix the water damage that was created because of the mistake his sub contractor made. Plus the bills he did not pay that I had to pay out of my pocket. I have all my phone messages and emails that were made to me and the ones I sent to him.He had my insurance to pay all the sub contractors.He made a big mistake causing me so much money.I had used him before when he worked for a different company. I thought he could be trusted. He started his own company and his job ethics changed.I read the complaint that was put against him. It sounds so much like what he did to me.*********************

We would also like to meet with you to go over the outstanding remaining balance that you owe for all work that was completed, please note your ***************** paid you directly, which you in turn did not pay Awalt Construction. In your review you did note that your ***************** paid our subcontractors and you were left out of pocket, which is a false statement as all Insurance proceeds were paid directly to you by your ***************** and Awalt Construction has yet to see that payment from you. You also mention in this review that Awalt Construction walked off the job and did not pay bills which again is a false statement as all work has been completed since 2018 and again ***************, all Insurance proceeds were paid directly to you by your ****************** We have not heard from you in several years about any concerns and again have not received the payment owed on your outstanding balance. First of all, I received the Insurance checks and were signed over to you. With the the exception of my personal property check, and the depreciation check. That I paid to my solar people that you promised to pay. They were the first one's done. I had to pay a drywall person to come in and I payed that from my last check i received from my insurance company. Plus I had to pay the air conditioner company to come in and clean up your sub-contractors mistake. You did not share with me you never did an air-conditioner in an attic before. You said the man that went up and changed out my filter on the furnace made the problem. Which sounds unreal. Your sub contractor never filed for a permit to do the work. You answered with, I told you not to file for a permit, which is not true. I have you to do the right thing. That is why you were in charge of the project. I have my last email that I sent to you for my invoices. You never answered back. I have all my phone calls made to you and your answered calls.I have all my emails and your emails. All emails made to both my ins. person that handle my claims and my ins. person.I know how much money you received from me and the money I had to pay out for the air-conditioning person mistake he made and the clean from the flood I had in my house. It is just not right what you did to me. You did not want to except your responsibility your sub-contractor made.
