      Outstanding. We had some issues come up on a recent home inspection and these guys were on it. We had to have a crawlspace vapor barrier installed and attic mold remediation. They worked around our schedule and got the job done saving us big-time at closing. Will be recommending to anyone in need.

      I do NOT recommend! Brothers Restoration gave us a quote for water damage from the hose that leaked into our basement. They were quick to come out for estimate and take our $1k down payment. After having our money, they did not show up FIVE times. Every time they confirmed appointment, then like clockwork, backed out a half hour before the *** OF. They never picked up the phone to explain, just hid behind emails and texts. Excuses included: broken truck, Covid, equipment was not ready or did not have enough workers. They finally said they could not do the job after a month of wasting many people's time. I have never dealt with so many empty promises ending in frustration. They also said they would give $250 to us for this big inconvenience but surprise, surprise, that never came either. We now have to start all over with another company, but it's for the best. Can't book properly, can't show up, equipment problems...I suggest taking your business elsewhere

      Welcome to the desert of the BBB. Allow yourself to be immersed in multiple 1 star reviews because when someone is happy they take it for granted but that 1 in 1000 project that goes wrong comes here. If anyone actually reads this please let me know when you call for an estimate.

      The first appointment date was set up by email for March 31st, 2023. He requested a change to April 3rd due to not having the right chemical he needed. Then, an hour and a half after I expected him and texted him to ask if everything was ok, he said his truck overheated. We rescheduled for the next day. The next day, April 4th, he said the truck wasn't ready yet and rescheduled for April 10th. "We will definitely" be there, he texted, this time promising reimbursement of $150 for every day he had to reschedule. That days excuse was that he was short a couple guys that day so we moved it to the next day. On April 11th his box truck overheated again. He rescheduled for April 14th and he canceled on that day because his paint sprayer for anti-fungal primer didn't have a filter. This time he promised "$1,000" reimbursement for the 6 times of rescheduling. Yes, he was aware that the *** was paying the fees, but said this fund was set aside to reimburse homeowners for rescheduling inconveniences, and claimed they hadnt had issues like this is a long time. He promised to make things right with us. He asked us to wait 60 days for some company insurance claims to get paid, and then he'd have the money to pay us for our inconveniences. 60 days came and went, but still no payment. It appears that he lied repeatedly and despite being given the benefit of the doubt numerous times, took advantage of my kindness, did the work finally, got paid and then stopped responding to my contacts. Please don't use this service provider and reward his poor ethics with more business.

      Here is our side, In 8 years this is our first bad review on BBB. Yes we had a bunch of issues that month, we remedied that with $150 a day reimbursement. This project the *** is paying the bill. We send final bill to *** and they email back requesting we send them the final bill minus the $1000 reimbursement. We agree thinking the *** is going to send a $1000 to the tenant on our behalf. Well they dont. Ends up the *** keeps the discount for themselves which leaves us on the hook for an additional $1000. We do intend on sending that additional $1000 to you in good faith but it is unfair as the *** kept what we intended to be sent to you.

      It wouldn't make sense for the *** to send ** $1k when it was a discount in your bill request; there wouldn't have been any funds available to "send" on to us. Additionally, the amount the business actually reduced the bill was $750, not their promised $1K. You still made $4,750 off a five hour job with us. As far as this businesses "intent" as he claims it, has not been followed through on as he stated in his response. We have not received any funds that he promised repeatedly under his companies customer inconvenience and rescheduling policy and it's been over 110 days. The coninual lying irritates me more than the missing money. Again, either his business quality is in question with all the issues he claimed occured (see above dates and issues confirmed) and then he lied about reimbursing an inconvenienced customer (6 times), or he simply lied repeatedly. Either way, I encourage potential customers to look elsewhere. Integrity matters in business and in life.
