I snowchecked a $25k turbo sled with them in the spring and placed a $500 deposit. I was told the sled would arrive in November. It didn't arrive in November, it didn't arrive in December. In Jan, the sled still hadn't arrived so I found another sled for sale, purchased it, and called them to cancel my snowcheck. **** was very rude, and refused to refund my deposit. I informed him of ****** policy which allows for chargebacks made within 90 days of cancelled deposits/payments made on merchandise that hasn't been received. ******* even said the deposit was refundable because the sled was delayed so much. He refused to refund my deposit, so I'm now dealing with my bank.Business response

On March1, 2022, ***** **** ordered a 2023 ******* snowmobile. Ordering this machine required a
minimum NON refundable deposit of $500.00. He was well aware of this program, as he has participated
in it before. I submit to you his posted invoice for this order. Addendum #1. I also submit to you The
customer qualifications for ******* Snow Check. Addendum #2. Also included is the actual order to
*******. Addendum #3.
******* announced thru. an email to every Snow Check customer, that if they wished to not take the
ordered product, the customer had to respond to their dealer by Nov. 28 th , 2023. I had no such
conversation with Mr. **** until his snowmobile was ready to ship, January 15 th , 2023.
