              Do NOT do business with Furnished Finder. Especially if you own multiple locations. We got zero actual leads from listing with them, and after we had paid for a full year and we wanted to change the address of an existing listing to a different address, they tell you you have to pay for a new listing. Its a very poor way of retaining actual landlords and seems like they are just trying to get people to pay for the year and then hope to autorenew them. So heads up: Turn Off AutoRenew on your profile immediately if you do decide to pay for this scam.

              Terrible company, their website is difficult to navigate. I wish I had looked at these reviews before I age them my annual fee to join so that i could list my properties. The entire process is cumbersome and will require much more time than I am able to spend. Since I did not use the service I told them I wanted my money back and they said NO. Do not do business with this company.

              I thank ***************** ******* for her help updating my listing. She helped me figure out a way of listing the twin bedrooms first that rent at a lower monthly rate, and allowed prospective renters to learn that there was a master bedroom suite with a private bathroom also available at a slightly higher monthly rental rate. This strategic positioning will most likely make my rental opportunity more attractive to future prospects because the rental rates are competitive with 29 other rental properties in town. I learned I am the only rental property currently being offered ************************ a quiet, peaceful urban area in the country that is 10 minutes away from downtown! Thank you *** *********************** for your help with featuring my listing on Furnished Finder.com!

              Awful company. Not one good lead came from my listing on Furnished Finder. Many unemployed and potential squatters were asking to see your place without you there. Furnished Finders automatically renewed my membership with no notice that it was coming up. When calling them within the week of it being renewed they wouldn't give a refund. Waste of time screening unqualified renters. Beware!

              I've been using FF to rent/list a private 1 bdrm apt. in my house since Oct. 2023 and have had a great experience so far. I prefer listing the property as a furnished mid-term rental rather than having long-term tenants or short-term vacationers, so FF is the perfect option. Am now listing for the third time - I've had two tenants so far and both have been wonderful - clean and respectful. My one piece of constructive criticism is that the user-interface could be more intuitive. I work in tech and it is a little clunky, but it gets the job done!

              Terrible company that just wants to take your money. This website doesn't work anyways. No good leads come from it.Awful customer service, long waits, sometimes no answer, they just wasted my time. I will never use them again.

              Property owner. I received a tenant referral through Furnished Finder / Travelling Nurses Housing that ended being very disturbing. And yet, after working for days trying to have a mad-lousy review removed, Furnished Finders would not remove it. They directed me into a social media punching match with a person I had to block all contact from. I ended up dropping my PAID subscription rather than continue doing biz with them. They were impossible. **************** made me want to poke my eyeballs out. Note: Dont Pay For A Service that is Not A Service. They are not taking care of their customers.

              This company is an absolute scam! You cannot see the leads until you create an account. Once I signed up I had ZERO leads (I've had zero inquiries over a week) and most people looking for housing aren't looking for anything that's not months away. I realized what a complete waste of money this service is and is requested a refund. Instead, they refused to refund my money. How unethical to require you sign up to see leads and once you realize how anemic they are they refuse to refund your money because you've created an account. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

              The vetting process for the landlords seems sketchy. I called them to make a complaint and I was told to simply leave a review. They need to vet the property owners a lot better for the safety of the traveleers.

              They advertise they do an approval process with the landlords. & apparently they dont I got scammed for ************************************************************************************* 9 hrs later to say that the person the approved was a scam and stop all money or transaction through them and communicate but about that time I had already sent them 1600
