Could not have been more satisfied with the work of ****** and his crew. Great communication, top notch work, and completed on time. This was the second deck that they built for us. My highest recommendation. ****** takes great pride in delivering a ***********.

Denver Deck Builders was an incredible company to work with! Everything from the sales process to finish was so easy. Their pricing was very competitive as well as their attention to detail. They were even able to get the work done earlier than expected. **** was exceptional in his design and sales process. ***** and ****** were so great about communicating the process and what time they were arriving and leaving each day. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Denver Deck Builders did an awesome job from the demolition of our old deck to rebuilding the new deck. ****** and ****** were professional and courteous, and worked really hard. Great communication throughout the whole process and great workmanship on the beautiful new deck. Looks fantastic- we love it.

I love my new deck! From the very start working with **** to the very end with ****** and ******, my results exceeded my expectations. **** said he was good at matching colors and he wasnt kidding, it looks like it was built with the house almost and the house is 50 yrs old. ****** and ****** did a great job bringing it all together. We wanted a deck for outside our walk-out basementone that would match (or close to) our upstairs deck. **** designed it and ****** was the crew leader for construction. Everyone was polite, friendly, courteous and they did an exceptional job. Great communication throughout the whole process. Got it done in just a few days. We are very happy and highly recommend Denver Deck Builders!

I can't praise this this company enough. It was a breath of fresh air dealing with everyone from *****, the **** ***** the Project Manager, ****** the Crew Lead, and ****** who both made it happen ahead of schedule. They both worked hard and long days and completed when promised. They were very engaged with ** throughout the project with progress videos when we were out of town, verifying if there were questions or concerns on our part, as well as responsive to questions regarding how a specific item will be completed/finished. Their professionalism and commitment to quality of construction is second to none. These guys leave me with a much healthier attitude and faith in the fact there are respectable contractors out there. Not an often experienced reality. If you are thinking about getting a quote from Denver Deck Builders ask for the following items:-Can you provide a comprehensive breakdown of the costs? This should include, material costs, labor costs, overhead & profit percentage included in the project. Additionally you should also ask for the labor rates they use for any changes or agree on a percentage of **** up on change orders. The way the contract is written they can charge whatever percentage they want and a direct quote from the Owner "we purposely priced it high so we can maintain our schedule".-Can you provide proof of insurance and ********* comp?-Have you ever fired a worker because they felt unsafe on one of your projects?-Can you confirm that you are providing a code compliant deck?-Can you provide the percentage of extra material (scrap) ordered? Be sure to cross out the line in the contract that states they own any extra material on site, you are the customer, you paid for it, you should own it. -Will you extend your (1) year warranty since you state that you can't do warranty work until Nov-Feb?-Will you be providing a drawing that includes specific details of how the deck is constructed? This drawing should include: Fully dimensioned and scalable plans, color selections (deck, rail, fascia, border, etc), details on how the deck will be attached to the house (ledger board), Details on how the fascia will be installed, flashing details, details showing decking (direction, joint detail, fascia interaction), what type of hardware/fasteners that will be used, etc. The drawings they provide are intentionally vague so that they change order.-Can you provide me with the 3rd party structural engineering calculations you used for my deck? Can you show me the span table for the type of lumber selected?-Do you follow manufacturer's installation requirements?-In the last 10 years have you been sued?There are many more items I want to include, but there is a character limit.

This is our second experience with Denver Deck Builders. Both times they have delivered exactly what they said they would. The quality is high. The workers are courteous and efficient. Overall just a great experience with this company.

Denver Deck Builders did a great job on my deck rebuild/expansion and roof addition. From start to finish, they were top-notch: professional, responsive, hard-working and skilled. The deck and roof look amazing and the quality is solid. Its an added bonus that they are just great folks and a joy to do business with.
