I had hopes of enjoying a performance at the PACE Center on 1/29/23. Due to being disabled, I had reached out in advance to obtain disabled seating/information. Unfortunately, upon arrival I became aware of things that I had not been aware of prior to arrival that caused me to depart at intermission. The things I weren't aware of leading to my departure included: inability to depart/return (side, handicapped seating area) aside from intermission to use restrooms. And, no cash accepted for concessions. I was not aware of either policy until I learned both upon trying to access both via ways/times policy prohibited. I did attempt to explain these things and request a refund of the ticket price. I was informed that I should have been aware of these policies and no refund would be provided as, 'show had closed.' After feeling I have exhausted all other avenues to receive the requested refund, I did advise the facility that I would be filing this complaint. And, as I informed them, my hope in doing so is both to obtain my refund & have them improve their processes to prevent future disabled patrons the same distress/frustration.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and though I do not recall being offered a refund, that is exactly what I am looking for. So, I will be looking forward to confirmation from the business that a full refund will be provided & details as to how & how quickly I can expect to receive it. I would also like confirmation, in the response of the refund amount I should be expecting to receive.
