You would do well to stay away from **** and C&B Waterworks. He had only 1 person in his crew for 75% of the time that we had work done, and he was just a kid with very little experience. He was rarely out here to supervise. We should have known things would be problematic when he outsourced the patio work and when we tried to explain to him the rounded area of the patio is lopsided, he yelled at us and told us he had 25 years experience and we didn't know what we were talking about. YELLED at us - truly. He has cursed at us and called us names. It takes a lot to shock me and I was shook at how he talked to us. I walked on eggshells the entire time he was here always trying to be cheerful (when he showed up) and even gave the guy doing the work a Christmas bonus. After I threatened to *** for breach of contract, he finally came out and fixed things and got our sod laid (outsourced) although the sprinklers never worked properly and we had to adjust and fix them all ourselves - just so we wouldn't have to deal with **** again. Well, we wouldn't be so lucky - we paid $32,000 for our backyard and our retaining wall is sinking and 2 of our 3 trees are dead/not thriving. Every time we email him, he writes back with something rude or snarky. So I wouldn't recommend this company or **** in any way. He blames everyone and takes no responsibility. I expected some kind of difficulty dealing with a contractor - but never this level of inappropriate rudeness. The work that was done - when it was finally complete - was average. We like the way it's laid out he did a great job on fixing the massive slope in our backyard. One of the retaining walls is really nice and we like the plant selection. It's his lack of professionalism, inability to communicate and extreme rudeness throughout the project that I would recommend steering clear of.
